 US News and World Report recently announced the new listings for 2011/2012. Parkview Medical Center has been recognized as a High Performing Hospital in the areas of:
Ear, Nose & Throat
Nephrology
Neurology & Neurosurgery
Orthopedics
Pulmonology
Parkview Medical Center is the only facility in Colorado, south of Denver to receive this designation in five specialty areas. US News & World Report selected only 140, out of the 4,825 hospital that were evaluated, to be ranked as high performing in one or more of the 16 specialty areas. “Parkview is extremely proud of this recognition from US News and World Report. In the same issue of US News and World Report, American Heart Association also recognizes “Get with the Guidelines” hospitals. Parkview Medical Center earned the Gold rating in Stroke and Heart Failure.
