Parkview Medical Center offers a convenient and private admissions process for all patients, regardless of the reason for being admitted to the hospital. The admissions area is located on the lobby floor of the hospital, next to the main entrance of the facility, on Grand Avenue. Valet parking is available at the main entrance to all patients and visitors.

If you have a pre-scheduled visit planned you can take advantage of Parkview's pre-registration phone line. Registration is done over the phone and this will save time upon your arrival to the hospital. Simply call 719.584.4413 during pre-registration hours. You will be asked to give your demographic and insurance information over the phone. Your co pay will be due when you pre-register. Payments are accepted by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Check Debit. Once you arrive at the hospital, you will need to check in at the admissions desk for a copy of your insurance card, picture ID and a signature on a consent form.
If you are not comfortable giving admissions information over the phone, please check in at the admissions desk thirty minutes in advance of the scheduled appointment. Bring a driver's license, insurance cards and any written orders from your doctor.
Co-payments are collected up-front upon admission to the hospital. Parkview accepts cash, checks, check debit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
