Applicants must have all of the following requirements on file by December 31st for the July class:
1. A completed application form
2. A total of 3 references:
•2-3 references from science instructors and/or your advisor
•One reference may be from an employer
3. An official college transcript
4. A report of recent medical examination stating your general health
5. Date of Rubella vaccination
6. Date of Hepatitis B vaccination (if the student has been vaccinated)
Interviews for qualified applicants begin in August and conclude in January.
Acceptance letters for the program’s four positions will be mailed in February.
Acceptance to the program is contingent on a background check and drug
