Welcome to the Parkview Foundation Guest House! The Guest House is a special service provided to patients and their families who require accommodations for a short stay. It offers a comfortable living environment and is within walking distance of Parkview Medical Center. The Guest House is located one block south of the Hospital at 421 W. 15th Street. We hope your stay will be pleasant and comfortable.
Services...
The Patient Service Representative is available to assist your stay at the Guest House by dialing 584-4496, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After 5 p.m. and on weekends please contact Security for assistance by dialing 4000.
Security is available to escort guests to and from the hospital during evening hours or in the event of an emergency.
The cafeteria is located in the north annex on the fourth floor. Serving hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and weekends 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (breakfast not served on weekends).
Cafe Perkview is located on the 2nd floor Greenwood Street entrance. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Sunday through Monday.
The Gift Shoppe is located near Café Perkview on the 2nd floor with a unique selection of gifts, candy, flowers, snacks and cards.
Accommodations...
- Laundry facilities and detergent are available free of charge on the lower level.
- The Guest House is not responsible for lost or stolen items/articles.
- The dining area is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
- Complimentary tea bags and coffee are provided for your pleasure.
- Each room has a private bathroom and a television.
- Housekeeping does not clean occupied rooms.

To make arrangements for the Guest House call (719) 584.4496. After 5 p.m. or weekends contact Security at 584.4000.
Length of stay may not exceed 7 nights. If space is available, you may request additional nights.
• Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are not permitted in the Guest House.
• A lost or misplaced key should be reported immediately to Security.
• Pets are not allowed in the Guest House unless prior authorization has been given.
• The kitchen area must be cleaned after each use and food items removed from the refrigerator upon checking out of the Guest House. Please label your food items - labels are provided near the refrigerator.
• Lights, television, and radio should be turned off when not in the room.
• Damaged, malfunctioning, or broken equipment should be reported immediately to the Patient Service Representative at ext. 4496 or Security at ext. 4000.
Room Rates:
Payment arrangements must be made at time of check-in. Daily rates are $20 single occupancy and $25 double occupancy.

Payment can be made with cash, check or money order.
Check Out:
Upon check out, return your key to the Guest House Key Drop Box located in the Main Lobby across from the Volunteer Information Desk. Checkout is by 2:00 p.m. unless otherwise pre-arranged.
DO NOT LEAVE KEY IN THE ROOM OR TAKE KEY HOME – YOU MAY BE BILLED FOR DAYS THE KEY IS NOT RETURNED!

Accommodating guests at the Guest House is our number one priority. Because of the popularity of our facility, the demand exceeds the availability; therefore, we must limit the length of stay to 7 nights.
