Five community based health fairs are offered to Pueblo annually in an effort to provide screenings and early identification of potential health concerns requiring provider follow up.
Blood pressure measurements, Body Mass Index, Diabetes screenings, lipid profiles and bone density evaluation are a few of the screenings that are offered. Additionally, individual counseling, and providing clients with suggestions for improving their health and preventing disease, are emphasized.
