(Pueblo, CO, June 13, 2016) – Parkview Medical Center is giving Puebloans a chance to feel a little fancy as summer arrives.

Parkview’s Spirit of Women is partnering with the Rosemont Museum and the Carriage House restaurant to host a girls’ night out from 5 to 8 p.m., June 22.

During the evening, the grounds of the museum, 419 W. 14th St., will be host to a bevy of shopping options from numerous retailers along with informational booths that cover topics ranging from your health to your history.

Parkview physicians will be on hand to answer health questions. Parkview Mobile Nurses, in period costumes, will check blood pressure, and the Robert Hoag Rawlings Western Research and Genealogy department will be available to offer advice on starting that family tree.

Shopping options include Sweet Pea’s Boutique, Silpada Jewelry and Wine Down by the River.

For a $25 ticket ($20 for Spirit of Women members) you also will have the opportunity to take self-guided tours of the museum, sample appetizers and beverages and take horse-drawn carriage rides, sponsored by Spradley Motors. The appetizer menu will include veggies, fruit, Tuscan bruschetta and spinach artichoke dip.

It is the first ever Fun and Fancy event and it offers glorious scenery on the second splendid evening of summer.
