Parkview Spirit of Women Wants to Help You Manage Diabetes

(Pueblo, CO, Oct. 22, 2019) – Parkview Medical Center’s Spirit of Women wants to invite you to join them for a relaxing and creative evening learning about health education and diabetes prevention.

The event, “You Can Manage it” is from 5 to 7 p.m., Nov. 6 at Sage Art Academy, 113 Broadway Ave.

The event will feature information from Ronda Lewis, director of Parkview Diabetes Care and Prevention Center. Attendees also will take an oil painting class from Sage’s Kim Failla-Furrh.

There will be appetizers by Cicerelli’s Park East and prizes will be awarded.

Spirit of Women is an outreach program from Parkview Medical Center that works to combine important health information with fun activities. Becoming a Spirit member requires a one-time $25 fee for a lifetime membership and the organization and its events are open to men and women.
