Parkview and YMCA Partner for Heart-A-Thon

What: Morning of heart healthy activities: Yoga, Health Screenings, Zumba, Social Hour

Parkview Medical Center and the Pueblo YMCA have joined forces during Heart Health Month to bring you the Heart-A-Thon.  The event, which will take place on February 22, is open to the public and will take place at the Pueblo YMCA located at 3200 E Spaulding Ave.  Registration is required. 

The morning will feature yoga at 7:15 am, Parkview presentations from 8:00-9:00 am regarding information on heart attacks, heart math and blood pressure checks and last but not least, from 9:00-11:00am participants can get their hearts bumping to the beat during a two-hour Zumbathon! 

The event will conclude with a social hour and post workout treats from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
