Peterson Named Director of Patient Experience


(PUEBLO, April 20, 2021) – Parkview has announced Brandi Peterson as the new Director of Patient Experience.  This new role expands Peterson’s duties and responsibilities from her previous role of Manager of Patient Experience. 

Peterson will be responsible for oversight and responsibility of enhancing and improving the overall experience for patients and families at Parkview.  She will coach leaders and staff for improved results and execute best practices and strategies.  Additionally, Peterson will be tasked with developing standards of service and behaviors system wide.  She will be the driving force of creating a culture of employees channeling their passion of high-quality care into positive experiences for patients, families and the Pueblo community.   

 “Brandi brings a wealth of knowledge to Parkview’s leadership as the Patient Experience Director.  She works with everyone in the organization to improve the patient experience.  Her enthusiasm and experience are somethings that everyone appreciates about her,” stated Renee Elwell, Chief Nursing Officer.  

Peterson completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western Governors University and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership Management.  In 2016 and 2020, she was a Nightingale Luminary Nominee and is currently a Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.
