Parkview promotes Stephen Leonard to Director of Homecare

(PUEBLO, July 14, 2022) – Parkview Health System announced that Stephen Leonard has been promoted to the new Director of Homecare and Transitional Care Center

Stephen will oversee day to day operations, budgeting, and accreditation. Stephen received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 and joined Parkview in 2015, serving as the Rehabilitation Coordinator in Homecare prior to his role as director. 

Parkview’s Homecare team is focused on helping patients become independent by teaching patients self-care techniques to manage their own medical conditions and meet their healthcare needs. Not only are patients educated on self-care, but their families are involved in the process to help support their loved ones in managing their medical condition. On call services are also provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help assist doctors in meeting the healthcare needs of their patients.
