Parkview Outpatient Rehab at the YMCA prides itself on being one of the only PT/OT facilities in Southern Colorado to provide one-on-one, 45-minute treatment sessions to your patients to optimize their recovery.
In order for you to become more familiar with our excellent team we have provided you with each team member’s professional background in rehabilitation.
Stephan Abraas, PT, Cert.SMT, CTDN - Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Stephan has been a PT for 25 years and has worked for Parkview for 11 years.
He currently is the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services for the outpatient clinic at the YMCA and founder of The Parkview Center for Balance and Dizziness.
His specialties include national certification in spinal manipulation, certification in trigger point dry needling, certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, extensive experience in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation as well as sports medicine.
Patricia Collier, PT
Patricia has been a PT for 34 years and spent the last three years with Parkview.
Patricia has extensive experience in vestibular rehabilitation, is SFMA certified, is certified in trigger point dry needling as well as LSVT BIG program.
She also has extensive experience with orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation.
Maci Hatch, PT, DPT
Maci has been a PT for two years and holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Maci has been with Parkview since she graduated and is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) for the upper extremity, the LSVT BIG program, and in (SFMA).
Maci takes a special interest in treating neurological patients as well as performing cranio-sacral therapy, cupping, myofascial release, and yoga-based treatments taking a holistic approach to patient care.
Kathryn (Kaycee) Lyman, PT, DPT
Kaycee graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in 2016. She began working for Parkview Outpatient Rehab in September 2016. Kaycee has experience in outpatient therapy, acute care, and skilled nursing. Kaycee has additional education in Mulligan Concept Lower Extremity Mobilization with movement.
Kathy Young, OTR
Kathy has been an occupational therapist for 20 years and has spent the last four years with Parkview.
Kathy has specialized in hand therapy for the past 17 years and over the past year has been involved in the Active Armor casting program. Kathy is LSVT BIG and LOUD certified, has a certification in interactive metronome and has extensive experience in neuro-developmental treatment, aquatic therapy, Kinesio taping and ergonomic injury prevention.
Jeannine Bartmess, PTA
Jeannine has been a PTA for 21 years and has been with Parkview for 17 years.
Her specialties include aquatic therapy, Kinesio taping, LSVT BIG and LOUD certification. She is a certified clinical instructor and is SFMA certified, and has extensive experience with vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, neuro rehab and gait assessment plus mechanics of ankle and feet.
Jacki Sammons, PTA
Jacki has been a PTA for 23 years and has been a Parkview employee for 27 years.
Her certifications include clinical instruction, LSVT BIG and LOUD certification, and SFMA. She also specializes in aquatic therapy and interactive metronome and has extensive experience with
vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, neuro rehab and gait assessment plus mechanics of ankle and feet.
Rebecca Anderson, PTA
Rebecca has been a PTA for five years and has spent the last two years with Parkview.
Her specialties include LSVT BIG certification, SFMA certification, Kinesio taping, Active Armor Bodyscan as well as experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and gait assessment plus mechanics of ankle and feet.
Deanna Radzymski, COTA
Deanna has been a COTA for five years and has worked with Parkview for the past five years.
Deanna has a certification in interactive metronome, LSVT BIG and LOUD as well as Active Armor splinting.
Deanna also has extensive experience in neuro-treatment, Kinesio taping as well as treatment of upper extremity disorders.
