Overall my first visit and experience was good. The staff was friendly and professional. The provider was all business, which I appreciated and gave me the information I was needing. This will be the third gastroenterologist I have had and Dr. Calcagno is very professional and concern with my health problems. So there is nothing that needs improvement with my experience.

What I would like to have happen was, we had to wait a long time for the doctor to come in and we didn't see a nurse at all after the first visit to us that she did. So if you could shorten the time on waiting on the doctor, we'd appreciate it. Thank you.

I really don't have anything to add that would have improved things. Everything went well, and as expected.

I had an EGD and colonoscopy. Giving me some Atavan would have helped.

Want to talk to your staff meeting for me for the procedures that I have to get ready for. And they explained to me we're going to happen before and after my procedure. And their referral and listening to me and explain things to me.
