Up until yesterday's visit I have been very happy with Dr. King and all his staff. However, yesterday I met with the PA for my post op appointment. I was very dissatisfied with his attitude and general demeanor. He seemed to not care or listen to my questions or concerns and was in a hurry to move on. I would prefer to not have to deal with him anymore.

Checking out, front desk was preoccupied, did get much attention until I spoke up, but it could have been they were just busy!!

Several people went to the receptionist to ask why others were being seen before them, apparently waiting a long time. It would not be a burden for front office staff to walk around the counter and advise people waiting what the hold up is, reassure patients they are not ignored. I waited 30 minutes, but others already waiting in the front were there longer. Once in the queue the clinical appointment/x-rays went quickly.

Nothing at all. This office is great. Everyone is friendly, they get you into a room on time and the Dr. comes in very quickly.

Get rid of the scented diffuser at the front desk. Many people are sensitive to artificial scents.

I think there isn't anything you could improve on. I don't believe I really enjoyed my doctor and I enjoy the staff and I think they're great. So that's it.

Your nurses and doctors are great, but the front office staff it is a little short and could use some more personable comments.

Recomend to staff to wear gloves and replace it after each patient. Recommend to front desk staff ,dont ask personal questions loud !!every one can hear it,social security numbers should be asked to be written not said!pay attention to people's privacy please.
