Hi, my my experience it was a little bit confusing was like trying to locate where the office was. Because of I'd never been there before so it's like when I went in the door, it was kind of difficult to navigate and somebody else came out of another office and it was much easier and I had the same problem leaving and maybe it was me but the location was a little bit difficult at times. The best part of it was the entire staff was very pleasant helpful respectful and I was when I went in there to see Dr. Glass. It was like I was nervous because my situation is like difficult and I'm having a lot of trouble with it and he was very supportive explain very well gave different options and just it was very helpful. It was I left there feeling much better than

Yes, I was, I was disappointed that the actual doctor was not, did not see me, that it was the physician assistant. So I just want to say that particular comment. Thank you.

Everyone was great, professional, easy to talk to, They made us feel very comfortable. We were nervous on our 1st visit.

The only thing was not with the Doctor that I was seeing but with the e-xray tech. I am a cat patient and they had no prices for me. Also they took an excessive amount of e-xrays due to forgetting to reset the e-xray board.

I was very impressed with Andrew's answering my questions Etc. And I have spent the past year on the bone stimulator to help with healing my back and that went very well. My only disappointment was that I never was able to reach 100%, it stuck me on 99.3% and I could get it no further and I'm a really precise person and to me a hundred percent is 100% but I am healing well and I am very very satisfied with the services.

I had Dr. Glass visit me while I was in the hospital and he would be there every morning probably about the same time and I had to thank him for being so... he was alert, he was friendly, he asked if I needed anything, if wanted anything, if he could do anything for me, and I had to thank him. The staff is also very, very friendly. They... they... they try to help you when you need help, you know, like I use a walker so sometimes I need the door opened for me and they... they... they... they were there to assist.

I was very surprised that I used one gown for 3 days, had to ask for toothbrush and paste, never was offered a washcloth, bedding never change. Staff was very nice.

For me, it would be helpful if I had a summary of what we discussed because I have such a good forget in my old age. So I would really enjoy or appreciate a print out a summary of the professional visit. Now, I don't remember what I'm supposed to do next.

Yes, he told me I had to go down and have x-rays done, but my x-rays had already been done and sent to him from another provider.

This office is amazing from the secretary at the front desk to everyone the MA was so nice very empathetic & caring and great skills... the NP for Dr Murad is very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable explained everything in detail and I felt encouraged to come back with anything I needed... the only draw back is that my insurance doesn't cover the brace I need which is very disheartening since it's a private insurance and cost me a lot out of probably I will just have to pay for it myself....

The visit went very well for a phone visit would preferred a face to face, but they did very well on my one complaint was that I don't have his get access to them as I would like if I try to contact him I get the people who do the scheduling and I have another heart doctor there. I can get a hold of a nurse at anytime and get answers right then and it's a little more difficult with with this doctor.
