From Check in, nurse, Dr the entire staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have been too in awhile. It was impressive to see kindness and patience from all staff memebers. There is really nothing that could have been better.

Wait time in the lobby after check in is usually 30 minutes or longer. Otherwise all services are excellent

It was a great experience. It was absolutely on time. I was in and out very quickly. I got very good care. I felt like I was listen to and my knee is doing much better. I will be back in 6 months and one day. I'm very happy with the experience. Thanks.

I was glad to hear that they do now offer one day a week for cortisone injections if you need one, because sometimes a person really needs to get one and you can't get an appointment right away.

If the scheduling office needs to substitute a PA for the physician, then the patient should be notified by text as a courtesy prior to appt.

Dr Fitzgerald's NP l don't remember her name but she was absolutely wonderful. I feared l did damage to my arm but l did not and she spent time cking me and explaining l was so relieved . I appreciated the time and the expirations was such a relief

The. Nurse was not as engaged with her patient as I would of expected The front desk knew I was here for my knee to be drained. She asked if I was here for a "shot". When I was finished with my appointment I stepped out of the exam room Nurse st desk on computer. I went to her for discharge instructions. She spoke to me from the desk.

I had made the staff aware that I have difficulty waking up from anesthesia. Would have preferred and appreciated if I would've been able to wake up on my own instead of feeling like I was rushed out of the facility.

The pace of the office visit seemed rushed. Maybe there was a good reason but I don't know. It was thorough but every time I've gone in for a office visit I'm on time but they run late. The nature of the business?

The best way you could improve your office is not have your patience wait over an hour when they show up on time to their appointments and not double booked on clinic days

When I arrived I waited outside at a table that said, "Wait here" and you will have your temperature taken before entering the office. Nobody was there and staff walked by me several times. Finally I went inside the office and asked if someone was going to take my temperature before I came inside and the person I spoke with said, "No, they are on lunch break." I know that some of these protocols are new but that was a little frustrating. Other than than, I had a very good experience at the office. They always do a good job.

While waiting to have the surgery, it would have nice if the radio music was not playing so loud over the speakers. The music mixed with the very loud staff was a little annoying.
