Better wait times- twice now I have waited waited 50 minutes past my appointment time. I only have an hour much so this makes me extend my day to make up for lost time. My time is as valuable as anyone's. Please don't over book.

A BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO WAIT 45 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS PUT IN AN EXAMINING ROOM. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?????????

I would say a bit easier to get to for orthopedic patients but the xray tech offered and got me a wheelchair and everyone made sure I was taken down to the door. Also explained that for future visits to just let them know when I arrive and someone will bring me a wheelchair. Very accommodating...

Up until yesterday's visit I have been very happy with Dr. King and all his staff. However, yesterday I met with the PA for my post op appointment. I was very dissatisfied with his attitude and general demeanor. He seemed to not care or listen to my questions or concerns and was in a hurry to move on. I would prefer to not have to deal with him anymore.

Checking out, front desk was preoccupied, did get much attention until I spoke up, but it could have been they were just busy!!

Several people went to the receptionist to ask why others were being seen before them, apparently waiting a long time. It would not be a burden for front office staff to walk around the counter and advise people waiting what the hold up is, reassure patients they are not ignored. I waited 30 minutes, but others already waiting in the front were there longer. Once in the queue the clinical appointment/x-rays went quickly.

Nothing at all. This office is great. Everyone is friendly, they get you into a room on time and the Dr. comes in very quickly.

Get rid of the scented diffuser at the front desk. Many people are sensitive to artificial scents.
