I can't think of anything to improve the visit. All was good. Thanks

Everything was handled in a professional way. No long wait and I was especially impressed with the time the doctor spent with me making she he understood my condition and concerns. I couldn't be happier.

I was walking in to meet new Dr. for the first time. Front staff could be friendlier.

A slower explanation of the procedure, and the risks would be helpful.

Don't leave me 45 to 50 minutes sitting alone in the room, waiting for the doctor that was late for his appointment. My time is valuable, too.

Nothing very professional

Not much - support staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable. The doctor was super good at explaining things and also making me feel comfortable with both the explanations and the way he presented himself. Life in the medical profession is challenging enough, but to be able to stay calm, focused and create the sense that he cared was extra special.

Dr. Calcagno's medical assistant was wonderful. Getting an appointment was annoying. I almost went somewhere else. I had to, I called, and was told... we have to look it over. We'll call you, don't call us. I waited 3 weeks, and I finally called back and said, it's been 3 weeks. I need an appointment. The appointment process was very... insulting.

The doctor's professionalism and patience.

Haven't had the experience yet.

Everything was good

I believe to make the situation better, as far as the staff, who take information for the doctor before the client goes in, would be to call and do a check up with the client asking, simple basic questions. So that way they don't have to wait 2 days to go back or day and a half to go back to get a blood test done. Because I chewed a piece of gum or thatI was going to be in a certain building exactly where at basic information.

The one thing is the settling of the colonoscopy if if we have to do it at the hospital, scheduling is a ways out. So that's the one thing that needs Improvement. Otherwise over all the experience was good.

The lab staff was waiting on a long line of patients in the hallway, very ... little time to... process... my particular lab work and ask questions. Staff was overloaded got up.

Very pleased

I do not feel that I should have to take a covid test before a procedure I need. It's likely if I have to I will cancel the procedure before my right is taken away and am forced to take the test.
May 12, 2021
It was all good.
May 10, 2021
Nothing. Kind and professional staff.

My first visit with this provider which went well.

It would be nice if your automated text would include the office number that you are to go to for your appointment.
March 03, 2021
Had to wait some time before seen by the provider
February 16, 2021
I was very impressed with the way I was treated. However, they asked me to appear 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork and there was no one there 15 minutes before my appointment.

Everything was great.
