Make patient portal easier. I haven't been able to get in. Calling for help hasn't helped. Can't get through or no one knows what to do.

Dr. Engel is an awesome surgeon. She put my leg back together after a horrific accident. She has guided my recovery deliberately, never giving me false hope, but always encouraging and informative as to next steps. I am truly lucky she was available the day of my accident.

Bedside manner is important especially dealing with 95-year-old people. When dealing with people who are hard of hearing it is imperative to speak loudly especially while wearing a mask. The person's mental faculties are not diminished because they cannot hear. Respect towards an elderly, hard of hearing person means addressing them face to face and talking to them so they understand clearly and can then be able to make their own decisions concerning their health.

I felt like we should have been able to talk a little bit more detail about the situation as far as how bad my break was and more her recommendations rather than just putting it in a sling and not really telling me that it's going to get better. And then to see him two weeks. How many times are you going to tell me two weeks in a row?

There was a mixup with my appt. Somehow it was canceled even though I was discharged from hospital on 12/15/20. Maybe double check to ensure info is accurate before canceling.

Yes, the doctor said that you wanted to do clinical labs and in my wife's condition. She has Alzheimer's and a very advanced stage. I don't think Labs is necessary. And the why do you would cost of labs? It's not necessary. Thanks. Bye.
