You did really well, but I didn't realize my insurance was HMO and PPO and that cause a little problem. You're receptions, took care of it and your scheduled took care of it, but I'm just a Layman and don't know these terms TPO ancient mouth. So I apologize. Have a nice weekend bless you for seeing me and I will need is your pain patient. Thank you.

The front reception area, for the staff, you need to be more friendly and welcoming. One was kind of abrupt. And the other was kind of serious and not welcoming the new patients. So that's ... that's really all. But otherwise, the nurse, Dr. Strunk, was really good. But the front office that, you know, first impression from ... for the patient, that needs improvement.

Explain better the current condition of the heart. Explain what symptoms were of the heart and what could be side effects of the medications. Explain how the function of the chosen medications. Have someone available that could answer questions that arise after having time to think about the conversations held during the appointment; after having time to absorb information conveyed.

My doctor was good at redirecting the conversation, however, it would have been nice. Had he been able to spend more time listening to me my concerns so that my questions wouldn't have been forgotten and I suppose like dragged him down so that part's on me, but I just feel like we're watching the clock and, you know, get them and get them out and see the next one. So but other than that, I have a good quality doctor. He gets right to the heart of the issues that need to be dealt with or orders the tests and procedures to narrow it down and find out what's going on with me. So overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend my doctor and would recommend the facility. Very happy with the clinical staff

It is hard to get me to rate an 8, let alone a 10. However, I saw this doctor as a "backup" for my regular cardiologist. I was impressed with all he knew about me, being this was the first time I met him. Nothing needs improved from my stand point.

I just feel like people should take wearing masks over their noses as well as their mouth more seriously too many people are letting their nose be out in their mouth covered and it's staff. It's not you know clients actually the staff so that would be the one thing I would like to see done more. It is is face covering. It's just not good enough as far as I'm concerned.

I am a little bit of difficulty hearing and I didn't always get Dr. Strunk's question clearly. I had my wife and my daughter with me and they were able to clarify some of the things that I might have misunderstood. Otherwise my experience with Dr. Strunk is good. Thank you.

Due to the construction, a concrete ramp was put in. It should have included a railing to hold on to when using it. Thank goodness there was a very polite construction worker nearby, who I asked if he could help me. He came over and let me hold his arm while going down the ramp. I love living here, everyone is so nice.

As far as I'm concerned the experience was Excellent amazing, no complained except a call a reminder call for the appointment would have been great. I didn't get a reminder call, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Hi. I was ushered into the office, and saw in a timely manner, and effectively with Dr. Strunk. There was a period after the Dr's visit where I waited in the office without further instructions. Thank you.

The staff was very well organized. They know what they're doing. You don't have a long wait for for for them to call you in. They give you all the information you need that before you go in for your exam and that's it.

First off-- I was sent there by the ER doctor for a 'stress test' to be performed. Yet, it resulted in like a 'follow-up' one usually does with one's family doctor--which I still have to do. Why 'two follow ups'? What happened to the 'stress test' I was suppose to do and why I was sent to this doctor for? Now, I'm wondering really 'why' I was sent to him.

I had a chief complaint that I asked the physician about. He dismissed it without any help in finding resolution. I am very saddened that I wasted my time and money and received no help. In addition, I now have to find a physician who will help me. Very disappointed in Dr. Strunk. He acted almost as if I were a bother and had no idea why I even had a pacemaker. He had no previous history on my condition to base his opinion on, so I'm not sure why he thought it was so unnecessary.

Have your people talk a little slower over the phone. I realize they are busy, but it seems they want to get off the phone as quickly as possible. I am 84 years old which I think explains this request. Thanks for reading.

My appointment was at 4pm at express office. I was called and offered an earlier appointment at 1pm. I went to express and was told to go to other office. This was very stressful for me! My blood pressure was high because of driving all over in traffic. My time is as important as anyone else's. It took hours for me to calm down and my day was totally ruined.

The visit was extremely Well this time last time we were in they were rushed they were crowded. He didn't listen, the staff was rushed in getting our answers to us And also before we had this visit we called two times within a month and didn't get answers back until our family doctor took matters into our own hands change some things that the doctor didn't like and finally we heard back from him or the staff. We need a little bit better response time, I believe because it could have been turned into an emergency because it was dealing with medications, but this visit went very well. Thank you.

Yes, as far as what you could have done better. The doctor didn't seem too interested and what was going on with me and then he told me his see me in a year and I just didn't think that he, you know looked into have a stent put in. And I don't think that he was interested in my condition after I've had that's been put in you know, he's telling me that I just didn't think he was interested.
