You can improve the wait time that people have to wait to get in to see the doctor when you have an appointment at 11:00. You should be able to get in there at least by 11:10 not 1 hour later. Old people have a tendency to have no patience and it escalate behaviors that really isn't necessary.

This office has always been excellent with my daughter. Dr. Bickel is an excellent doctor, he listens to our concerns and addresses any issues in a timely manner. Clinical staff is very professional and handled prescription refill requests when requested in a timely manner as well. Thank you for everything!

Nurse was officious and did not listen to me. She asked me if I had any urinary issues after I have been a patient there over 6 months.

When I was at my visit, my visit was scheduled for 9:30. There was four other people in the waiting room scheduled at 9:30. I got in at 10:30, and my time is as important as yours. That's the only thing that bothered me about the whole thing. When somebody misses 1 appointment it puts you way back. I missed an appointment due to the fact that I was late from your office. Thank you.

I believe you did take care of me really well. I believe the doctor in the nurses are very respectful. I believe they were very helpful. I could have used maybe a little more time to the doctor, but I understand he's a very busy man, and I'm sure we'll have time to talk about more later. During the procedure they'll be probably a few times. I'll get to see him. So I'm not worried about all that and it was a pleasant experience overall. So, thank you very much.

The only problem I have is they were supposed to call me back twice, and they haven't got back with me yet. Other than that, everything was great.

It was my first visit and it just seemed that I waited to see the doctor for about 20 minutes and then once I got to see him it took 5 minutes. But all in all it was okay I guess

Yes. They never seemed to get the prescription that he is calling in to Safeway to me. I went to pick it up today, and there was no call in for my prescription. Now I have to call, I guess, the Pueblos office.

The staff there was wonderful Dr. Bickel spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me and rushed off to the next person. He left the room only spending a few minutes and that room rushing off to the next room, which was me and I'm going to the next room after not spending enough time to here or explain the procedures that could be done with me. Usually he's you really good about that. And I understand he's behind on stuff because he got sick from this also, but he should have spent more time explaining things and spending more time with his patients instead of moving them out like cattle, kind of disappointed and I've gone there for a long time never had that happen, but I was very disappointed this time. He was just in and out

Due to COVID there is not much else you can do. This was done at the Lamar Specialty Clinic and it is nice to be able to have a specialist come here for treatment instead of having to go to a bigger city.

I had a 9 o'clock appointment and didn't get into one of the offices until 9:50. So, and the... waiting room was full of people, which was not very comfortable with, with Covid and everything, even though the chairs were sort of apart. So that was the only thing.

would speed up the time it takes to have a pre-authorization go through so that I could get a prescription go through in a timely fashion. A lot faster that 3 to 5 business days, more like SAME DAY or NEXT DAY... Especially when you've run out of same prescription and not able to get a refill unless you make a visit. Not very handy, especially when we have to make a 150 mile round trip to see the provider. just sayin...

I felt like the doctor rushed off after his diagnosis. He may know what the problem is, but he could have spent more time with me explaining the situation to me. I do NOT doubt him. But I did have a question that came up after he walked out of the room. I asked the nice lady who scheduled the lab appointments.

Went into more detail about what I would experience after surgery. They also need more education or practice on getting iv's to work when a patient is dehydrated. The nurse blew up my veins.

I just met with his doctor the first time so I'd I didn't get a very good not a good I didn't get time to spend a lot of time with him. So it's hard for me to write a lot of this. So the next time I see him, I'll be able to reach him a little better or a little more. Thank you.

This app't. was to discuss my fourth 6-month botox injection for my OAB. It was just an app't to talk shortly with Dr. Bickel. App't. was 1:00; I got there and checked in--no papers to fill out, was not for any physical, just a discussion. I was called in at !:35 was done at 1:45. I had transportation to arrange and was not liking to wait for 35-min. for something Dr. Bickel and I could have done by a phone call (at his convenience). Otherwise, I have been pleased with this clinic.

I wait for an hour in the room only to speak to the physician for 30 seconds. Also I had to ask multiple times for an x ray order to be sent to parkviews main campus.

Within twenty four hours there is no burning and better flow. Also the extreme dizziness I have been experiencing is much better. Not gone but very encouraging. Also, I am able to make a fist with my arthritic hand that I haven't been able to do in several months. Does the relief of these other issues have any connection with the antibiotics you gave me? I have no clue. But I feel so much better this morning than I have for months. THANK YOU, DR BICKEL

Too long a time lag (maybe five days?) between receipt of referral info from my doctor until I finally called to set up an appointment. No idea when I would have been called. :-(

Staff very friendly. Doctor seemed professional in asking questions but curt. When seeing him for the first time it would've made me feel a little more at ease if he were at least friendly. The entire visit with him lasted about 3 minutes. I had to wait about 40 minutes for this visit. At the same time, I appreciate that he doesn't waste his or my time. I'm sure he's busy and as a medical professional myself, I'm probably more understanding than his average patient.

The doctor could have spent more then 20 minutes in the room so I could actually explain what was wrong instead of just assuming he knew what it was.

The doctor left the room to check my urine sample saying he would be right back with the results and to discuss the PSA lab test. One hour later he hadn't returned. I left the room, asked his assistant what was going on and she had a dumbfounded look on her face. She asked who I was. She asked me to return to the exam room and told me she would be right back. She came back shortly to ask who I was again and what I was wanting. I told her my name and that I was waiting for the doctor to return with results of the urine exam and the PSA lab test. Another person (nurse?) came back and told me that my urine was clear and that I was to schedule my next appointment for six months. I asked about the PSA results and she said she would print it out and I would get it when I checked out. At check out, she gave me a printed copy. I made my appointment. I had to call the next day as I realized I did not receive a draw order for my February 2021 followup visit.

i would have liked a closer followup appointment in 6 months verses a year. he wanted me to see the cardiologist first for my extensive bruising due to xralto and wasn't comfortable doing any procedures at this time. his concern was appreciated.

Yes, I thought that the staff upfront was excellent. They were very very helpful went back into the room. He was in the doctor was in 2 minutes, maybe 3. And then not and then didn't explain anything. I will ask some questions. I didn't get any answer. So I wasn't very happy with that and I was recommended to go there. But to me, I just felt like I was just another number in there to get my kidneys done the kidney stone. And when we went back in to have them it's scheduled the lady back there was great. She explained (INAUDIBLE) she did everything. She's trying to fit me in Next Friday cuz I'm hurting so bad, but I did not appreciate the doctor. That's all I got to say. Thanks.

When I saw Dr. Bickel yesterday he ordered a CT scan and Parkview was supposed to call me and I've been waiting all day. I still haven't heard from them. That's the only complaint I have plus he didn't order my medications that I went for but otherwise he's he's a good doctor. Thank you.

My wait time was I thought was extremely long .I had a 10:30 appointment and I got there a little bit early but waited 49 minutes for my appointment which made me you know, 35 minutes late for the appointment and that's all I would like to say that they were very clean and did good Covid techniques. I believe while we were there.
