I would like to say thank you for listening to me. Thank you for being attentive to the situations that I have on my mind. Thank you for describing to me, the spine thing. I have no idea about neurology and I learned a little bit more today. Thank you for all that you do. Merry Christmas.

Dr Murad really knows his business but talks pretty fast.So just a kind reminder to slow a little.Staff was very friendly. Both times we were in the office waiting area was empty.Kind of different usually there packed full.
September 15, 2021
have a better x-ray appointments have the patient go to the x-ray before coming to the office
September 08, 2021
Nothing, I had a very good experience.
September 02, 2021
Do not wait too long
July 28, 2021
Schedule patients in a timely matter, so that they can let them know ahead of time that they need to get x-rays before they go to their appointment or not. That way you can go there, check in, and go get their x-rays or whatever, blood work, or whatever done. Otherwise you did well. Thank you.

They did fine. I'm still being evaluated because my symptoms are vague. I appreciate this doctor wanting to be sure before he precedes with any treatment.

TheDr greeting me with. "I don't know why you are here, I can't do anything for you." Set the tone for the visit. He did explain and give me new information. However, I don't feel I was given a chance to ask questions. I have a new chronic disease and have many questions. He. Mentioned there were about 500 phone calls about my case. What? Not by me. What is he talking about? Am I a weird case? Don't know? He then refers me back to the pain clinic. I am very comfortable with that. Then he adds " they are good guys. I hired both of them". Do I need to know that? He has already stressed I am definitely to high risk for him. I felt like I was a complete waist of his time. On the positive side I absolutely understand where my life is headed. I understand there is no hope. That is very important to know. I wish it could of been said with a bit more kindness.

If the surgeon could improve his bed side manner, if he was having a bad day if he could not take it out on the patient or if he was under pressure because he had several other patients to see if he could at least inform. The present patient of that. Because he came off as the extremely rude.

The information I guess I didn't get exactly was what exactly - what nerves were involved that were pinched in the spinal cord - but everything else is done pretty well I guess. I don't know that language, bu he did say that he didn't think that my leg problem changing from a pinched nerve, but that's where those nerves travel I think - am I wrong? Maybe a little bit more conversation would've been helpful. So it was a good experience here.

Yes, I am very, very pleased. I would recommend this surgeon and his group to everybody that I know. That's how good I think he is.

Showing me the X-rays was extremely helpful. Instead of me pushing on my back where I hurt, I kind of wish the doctor would have felt my back up higher because he kept saying I was praying too low, but that's the only thing. Otherwise he he was excellent. Thank you.
May 05, 2021
I had to wait. I was supposed to be I had a 9:00 appointment. I was supposed to be there at 8. I came at 8 did my my x-rays then went back up and they told me he wouldn't be there until 10 so I had to sit there wait for an hour so he came in. I was very upset but then he's got something on the log saying... I can't remember what the saying was but it... it effectively said I can't tell him that I was upset and I was very upset.

Good people doing a good job.
April 28, 2021
I just wish that Dr. Murad would giving me a little bit more in information. About my future visits with him, he just finished and got left and I didn't get to ask him anything. So that's about it but other than that he did inform me quite a bit. So, thank you. Bye.
April 21, 2021
I was pleased with my visit.
April 14, 2021
I wasn't real sure what he's going to do with me.
April 09, 2021
Outstanding! I have already made referrals

Dr. Murad was was fine. He's he was informative and he listened. However, I we didn't. Particularly, like the facility itself or their procedures sending people down for x-rays as soon as they got up. To the office. They had to go all the way back down for x-rays and come all the way back up. Many people have walkers. They had they struggle getting through doors and to make them go all the way down after making them come all the way up and then back up again was... ridiculous plus we waited for very long time before we got this see Dr. Murad. So didn't care for the facility. It was very... it looked as if we were in a free clinic.

Get the x-ray. To more than one machine because there are people standing around waiting. It was terrible, it took an hour and 20 minutes.
March 03, 2021
Improve wait time. I was there on time and nobody else was in the waiting room. 4 people came in after me and all were called back before me
February 24, 2021
Wait time was way too long from the appointment time.
February 19, 2021
I think the doctor has had a real bad day that day. He would really rushed quite a bit which understandable, but my experience. It was just mines, I really don't know. But overall with the staff they were great. But with him, we had a little conflict just by our initial visit. When he first came in the office, it was like I just felt that he was I don't know maybe too busy that day or bad hair day or something. Anyway, alright, they will thank you stay safe. Thank you for the. Follow up. Bye.
February 15, 2021
Dr. Murad's nurse could have phoned me sooner to let me know my X-rays were received and when I could have my phone appointment with Dr. Murad.
January 29, 2021
When I was called the day before they requested that we were not going to need an x-ray and we got there my husband needed an x-ray and delayed our visit by about 10 minutes. Thank you.
