The most improve would be the doctor would have called me. And told me that I did not need to come in because, they have the x-rays for the last 3, probably 4 weeks, and did not know. I should have not even come in, if they could have told me, and thank you.

Dr. Murad's staff was great and I couldn't recommend any approvals, but the x-ray department down on the first floor of the building just was so backed up, I was down there an hour and a half. They close for lunch. So 8 or 10 people were waiting, not enough seats in the hallway and the door was locked. So they're all there ahead and we tried to stay in order but they're just overwhelmed. They either need some help or someone needs to be there and fill in at lunch time so they can take care of customers and that's all I have. Thank you very much.

Name of the procedure. (Surgery). He did say we would meet another time before surgery.

Dr Murad really knows his business but talks pretty fast.So just a kind reminder to slow a little.Staff was very friendly.Both times we were in the office waiting area was empty.Kind of different usually there packed full.

Do not wait too long

Schedule patients in a timely matter, so that they can let them know ahead of time that they need to get x-rays before they go to their appointment or not. That way you can go there, check in, and go get their x-rays or whatever, blood work, or whatever done. Otherwise you did well. Thank you.

They did fine. I'm still being evaluated because my symptoms are vague. I appreciate this doctor wanting to be sure before he precedes with any treatment.

TheDr greeting me with. "I don't know why you are here, I can't do anything for you." Set the tone for the visit. He did explain and give me new information. However, I don't feel I was given a chance to ask questions. I have a new chronic disease and have many questions. He. Mentioned there were about 500 phone calls about my case. What? Not by me. What is he talking about? Am I a weird case? Don't know? He then refers me back to the pain clinic. I am very comfortable with that. Then he adds " they are good guys. I hired both of them". Do I need to know that? He has already stressed I am definitely to high risk for him. I felt like I was a complete waist of his time. On the positive side I absolutely understand where my life is headed. I understand there is no hope. That is very important to know. I wish it could of been said with a bit more kindness.

If the surgeon could improve his bed side manner, if he was having a bad day if he could not take it out on the patient or if he was under pressure because he had several other patients to see if he could at least inform. The present patient of that. Because he came off as the extremely rude.

The information I guess I didn't get exactly was what exactly - what nerves were involved that were pinched in the spinal cord - but everything else is done pretty well I guess. I don't know that language, bu he did say that he didn't think that my leg problem changing from a pinched nerve, but that's where those nerves travel I think - am I wrong? Maybe a little bit more conversation would've been helpful. So it was a good experience here.
