I just wish that Dr. Murad would giving me a little bit more in information. About my future visits with him, he just finished and got left and I didn't get to ask him anything. So that's about it but other than that he did inform me quite a bit. So, thank you. Bye.

Dr. Murad was was fine. He's he was informative and he listened. However, I we didn't. Particularly, like the facility itself or their procedures sending people down for x-rays as soon as they got up. To the office. They had to go all the way back down for x-rays and come all the way back up. Many people have walkers. They had they struggle getting through doors and to make them go all the way down after making them come all the way up and then back up again was... ridiculous plus we waited for very long time before we got this see Dr. Murad. So didn't care for the facility. It was very... it looked as if we were in a free clinic.

Get the x-ray. To more than one machine because there are people standing around waiting. It was terrible, it took an hour and 20 minutes.

Improve wait time. I was there on time and nobody else was in the waiting room. 4 people came in after me and all were called back before me

Wait time was way too long from the appointment time.

I think the doctor has had a real bad day that day. He would really rushed quite a bit which understandable, but my experience. It was just mines, I really don't know. But overall with the staff they were great. But with him, we had a little conflict just by our initial visit. When he first came in the office, it was like I just felt that he was I don't know maybe too busy that day or bad hair day or something. Anyway, alright, they will thank you stay safe. Thank you for the. Follow up. Bye.

Dr. Murad's nurse could have phoned me sooner to let me know my X-rays were received and when I could have my phone appointment with Dr. Murad.

When I was called the day before they requested that we were not going to need an x-ray and we got there my husband needed an x-ray and delayed our visit by about 10 minutes. Thank you.

Nothing it was a great appointment.

I feel I was treated very poorly. The person that took care of me did not have no concerns about my medical history. I would not recommend her to them at all.
September 02, 2020
Nothing, the appointment was very professional from arrival to the doctor.

Yeah, I noticed most men doctors not all of them are kind of always in a hurry, you know, and and makes you feel uneasy and like you're not that important. so I would like for men doctors to you know Pay more attention and not being such a hurry when they're treating patients the women doctors that I have They're all great they Always listen, they make you feel like you're the only patient has that day and they're great. So that's now the comment. Thank you.

Nothing I can think of.

Too much real paper forms to complete. Provide central online access to maintain my history, allergies, medications, etc. so all the information for both the medical center and the Medical Group practices are online for all practices to use and to allow the patient to keep his/her/their profile up to date.

I felt a little bit rushed. I think it was, my meeting was maybe 12 minutes. I would have appreciated more time.

The MD could have taken a little more time listening to my concerns and could have read and familiarized himself with my medical history. It appeared that he wasn't aware of my other health issues and how it would effect a surgery But the MD was very nice to me and my husband and explained my condition very well. He is very knowledgeable. Thanks.

The one that was working with me was eager to help me in anyway she could and did so in a professional manner but yet in a friendly manner and this made me even feel more comfortable. When they act two professional it makes me shy. When they are professional yet friendly it makes it possible for me to engage with her. I think that when an employee is like this, it makes the patient feels more better or whatever. Where you want to accept the help and go through what she has or he has to go through. And I like Parkview very much.

Listen to what I have to say. Don't tell me how I feel cuz I'm the one that can feel it.
May 27, 2020
Nothing just appreciate the time Dr. Murad took to explain everything and what the next would be.
