June 11, 2021
I did appreciate everything that the doctor did. She explained things to me that I did not even know and it helped so much. And I appreciate her so much for her care.
June 10, 2021
Everything was fine at this visit. Don't have any comments to make.
June 09, 2021
It would be nice if we no longer had to wear masks, especially if vaccinated.
June 08, 2021
Lab numbers were M.I.A. Got a later phone call to discuss those numbers . Should hàve been there.

April 14, 2021
Dr. Ramirez's warm and friendly rapport and of course her expertise make a visit with her a welcomed appointment. She listens carefully. I truly appreciate having her as a doctor.

I was not getting the help I needed at the endocrinologist until I insisted I be given a different doctor. I was assigned Dr. Ramirez and my treatment changed to something positive. Dr.Ramirez listened to my concerns and issues and together, my TSH is finally where it should be. Dr. Ramirez follows up with test results in a very timely manner. She is a wonderful doctor and I'm grateful for her care.

Nothing! Everything was just perfect!
March 08, 2021
I can't think of a thing. Everyone I came in contact with there was very professional, understanding, kind and helpful. I feel fortunate to be a patient there.
March 04, 2021
When I arrived, my appointment was at 3. I arrived at about 12 minutes 'till 3 and I was told that I was not going to be seen because I had missed my appointment. I was in excruciating pain and I started crying. Their policy is you have to be there 20 minutes. Before your appointment or they won't see you. I find it heartless that the policy was more important than the patient and when I asked Dr. Ramirez, if she liked this policy, she said yes, definitely and again to me that was the wrong answer.

Nothing! Dr Ramirez & staff did a great job!
February 25, 2021
The check in with nice. I was given a lot of forms. Wasn't getting... wasn't given enough time to complete the forms before I was taken back, then had to sit down and finish the rest of the forms and then gave me some more forms. So it was a little awkward. And I think the personalities were fine. They were very nice. But I'm always concerned when people aren't dressed professionally when they walk in the door. It kind of makes me wonder where the professionalism has went. But other than that, you know, I guess in today's society that's common, but I would like to see the front desk people dress professionally when I'm greeted. It just makes it look for more professional ambience when you're getting served.
February 23, 2021
I was quite satisfied.
February 19, 2021
Visit was very professional nothing to change.
February 18, 2021
Front desk's grasp of the details: They called to arrange the same appointment twice.
February 17, 2021
My visit went so well that at this time I have nothing to suggest.
February 11, 2021
Everything was great. Dr. Ramirez is the BEST.
February 09, 2021
Less paperwork & No referral from primary just to make an appointment
February 09, 2021
Dr. Ramirez was very friendly and personable. I just felt the first appointment was rushed. She was on-time and gave me guidance. I would recommend this place. Advise patients to make notes of questions they have prior to coming to their appointment because it's quick.
January 22, 2021
Nothing - Dr.Ramirez was an absolute delight to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
January 21, 2021
She gave me information I should have been told years ago. I very sweet personally.
January 21, 2021
Nothing. The doctor was very knowledgeable of the subject, and told me things other doctors did not. Know know about and that it is not to be afraid of, just treat it correctly and go on with life. Best doctor on subject I have found.

November 10, 2020
I received a great deal of attention from everyone they were very helpful and very professional.
November 10, 2020
Make sure I didn't need anything else before we parted company
November 10, 2020
I had to wait in the parking lot to be admitted due to COVID. That wait was rather long: I was told to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. I got there at least 10 minutes early but wasn't taken in until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. However, once I got in, I was immediately weighed, taken to an exam room, and the doctor came in right after the nurse left, so that was great!
October 20, 2020

October 01, 2020
Thank you to Dr. Ramirez and her medical assistant Michelle for their personable and professional attention. Nobody likes getting a concerning diagnosis, but I left with a boatload of great information that will assist me in living a full life. I felt an immediate rapport with Dr. Ramirez. She is knowledgeable and assisted me in better understanding test results and treatment. So, thank you so much.
September 29, 2020
the MA was not attentive and as a former MA I know that is takes longer than 5...yes 5 seconds to take a B/P. Otherwise everyone was wonderful.
September 10, 2020
The reception to wait in outer area was disconcerting. My other doctor has nurse meet you at door with thermometer. At least there was a bench to sit as my severe arthritis makes it hard to stand for very long.
August 31, 2020
Dr. Ramirez was very friendly, very helpful, and I really appreciated the time and details she went into. The staff on the other hand was not friendly at all, somewhat bordering on the rude side - if they were half as friendly as Dr. Ramirez, the visit would have been very pleasant - but this staffing has a long way to go.
August 28, 2020
I was extremely happy with my 1st visit with y new Dr. Im looking forward to working with her for a long while
August 26, 2020
It was my first visit. Other than doing things "backwards" as the nurse said, it was a very pleasant experience. The doctor took time with me and kept asking if I had any questions. I had a good experience.
August 24, 2020
You need a better parking lot, especially for the handicapped.
August 24, 2020
I did not feel I received the same amount of care provided by my previous doctor...some things he always checked...perhaps he was over-cautious, but that was appreciated...as an 84 year old registered nurse, I feel the world of medicine prefers to sort of just pass us along as we are going to die anyway.
August 24, 2020
explain why my Blood sugars drop at night and what I can do about it. I was told to make sure my blood sugars were at 150. If they are a 150 when I go to bed I wake up at 2:00 with it down to 100. She said 100 is normal. I feel that 100 may be normal for others but not for me!! I have to eat at 2:00 to make sure my sugars do not go below 100 and therefore make me sluggish all day long! I am hoping the dietician has the answer for what to eat at night to avoid eating at 2:00.... I do not get enough sleep because I eat at 2 and cannot go back to sleep on a full stomach.
August 13, 2020
It was all done very well.
August 10, 2020
The office employees could come to the door to let patients in a little sooner. After the initial phone call informing that a patient is at the door, the patient has to wait for a long while in hot weather.
August 05, 2020
Just my first visit but all seems to be excellent so far.
