About Anh-Thu Qui Nguyen
Dr. Anh-Thu Qui Nguyen is an Endocrinologist practicing with Parkview Medical Group Endocrinology. Dr. Nguyen is a Colorado-native, who grew up in Denver. She was a Daniels Fund Scholar and attended the University of Denver where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors, and earned degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as, a minor in Mathematics. Prior to attending Medical School, Dr. Nguyen worked as a research assistant at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She also worked as a General Chemistry Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Denver, a Pharmacy Technician and a Medical Interpreter. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, where she also graduated with honors. Dr. Nguyen completed her Residency training at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Connecticut, where she was awarded “Outstanding Intern of the Year”. After residency, she pursued Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Creighton University School of Medicine in Nebraska. She is passionate about educating her patients on their diagnoses so they best understand how to participate in their care and achieve high quality outcomes.
Dr. Nguyen has a servant’s heart towards others and has spent much of her time volunteering her medical talents to help those less fortunate. She plans to continue participating in medical missions trips yearly. Outside of medicine and volunteerism, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She is fluent in Vietnamese, beginning to learn French, and spends her free time hiking, skiing, camping, playing table tennis, cooking, singing, doing handcrafts, and drawing.
