Dr and staff couldn't be better! Thank you

Pryor to the appointment there were multiple emails/text messages demanding verification of this appointment. One text w/reply should be ample enough. That didn't seem to matter. Over and over and over and.......... The Doctor and Staff are incredible. We are lucky to have these folks here in Southern Colorado!!!

Because of covid I was required to wait in the foyer. There was a bench to sit on but due to the height (low) I was unable to sit there. I suggested to the nurse and also to the Doctor that they provide a chair with arms for patients' comfort while waiting to be admitted to the office.

We need to give approval to allow interns in office to see us. The intern that walked in and saw me DID NOT keep his mask on the whole time talking with me.

My experience was great in terms of having the staff call me about my appointments, the doctor being respectful and listening to me. I think my understanding of my disease is a little bit further and that was the kind of Engagement I was seeking and that's the reason why I decided to switch to a different endocrinologist not because Dr. Nguyen was inadequate or she didn't know what she was doing. I think what I'm looking for is, you know, much more like deeper look into my medical history and how to treat it as opposed to just a standard care. So I think given terms of what the standard care is in America for thyroid problems. I think Dr. Nguyen was just great. It's just that I am looking at it much more deeper and I'm looking at other options than just the medical option and that's the reason why I decided to leave, but other than that, I think everything was.
