I have issues scheduling a CAT scan that was authorized by the doctor through Parkview. That was almost a 2 to 3 week process. And should have been a couple of days that was frustrating. Thank you.

Everything was really good except for the wait time are appointment was at a certain time and we didn't see the doctor for about almost 30-40 minutes after the time was scheduled for us to see him, so that ruined some other appointments and plans that had already been scheduled after that appointment.

Spend more time with patient. Mostly doctor. Use equipment more accurately. I weighed 15 pounds more at this office than at my primary care doctor 2 weeks later!

I didn't see or talk to the doctor after the procedure until several days later after I called his office. I was told my wife was told about the procedure but I don't have a wife and nobody accompanied at the procedure. I was dropped off and picked up after the procedure with nobody coming into the hospital.

The only thing I would have liked better was having a diagnosis definitive in the physician's mind with all tests available. My diagnosis was different from the cardiologist. I saw versus what was on my report and I'm still confused by that and also don't have all of my test results in. That's it.

I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Aruni was very pleasant. I felt that he was genuinely interested in my well being. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my visit.

This staff was great checking us in and all of this. The doc I think was caught off guard because he has no records available, current records to him or the fact that they were missing a record from our hospital that we intended. And he did not have accurate information. I think it would have went a lot better if he had the accurate information from our Hospital transferred over to him.

Nothing. I was taken into the room at my appointment time, and the doctor came in shortly afterward. I really appreciated how he explained things to me, and didn't rush. I felt as though he cared about me.
