I've had so much information thrown at me over the last few days that I don't even know what to ask. I was sent home for several weeks with a new medication and that was it. I wasn't told what to watch for.

I liked all the service except the scheduling at one time. He said it would be a week or next time I heard it would be 3 weeks. I'm out of energy and I would have like a quicker response. Thank you.

The only concerns that I had was that the lobby was extremely noisy. All the clerks were talking loudly on the phone. I have hearing aids. I couldn't even understand a girl in front of me for all the noise. It would be better if they didn't have to shout into their telephones because of those stupid masks.

I was very happy with the entire service until I got to the point of needing to reschedule or schedule the appointment with the electric physiology and to schedule my ablation. Then we were looking at 2 months to see the provider and 3 to 4 months out before the procedure could be done and that's not acceptable. I have changed providers for that reason. Thank you.

I don't feel that there's anything more that they could have done because everybody was so nice. They spoke with me and everything, even took the time to speak with me. So I really appreciate that.

I found my stay at Parkview very, very, very good. Very nice people, were helpful. Staff was very courteous and everything. The only problem I had was when I got discharged, I had to walk down to the elevator and go in the elevator by myself and there was a student there watching me get into the elevator. He didn't even ask me if I wanted a wheelchair or nothing. So I walked outside by myself.

I think finding out more about my problem and being able to get all the testing that I did at (INAUDIBLE) County at the Wall Street clinic [phone number redacted]. They didn't send them and I don't think that's right. I think that they should be able to get a hold of all that stuff.

I can't say enough about Mr. Estrada who helped me get in to see Dr. Aruni and the it was a most pleasant pleasant experience and I really think all of them for working with me like that.

The doctor didn't pay attention to anything that I had to say, and he didn't efficiently do my breath sounds he just had me breathing in and then he said, okay, and then I breath then he said, okay that is not the proper way to do breast sounds it seemed like a PD visit anyway, but the staff as far as the secretary and the nurses, they were very friendly and professional. Thank you, and you have a nice day. Bye.

This is an annual review by the doctor. There wasn't very much information as far as feedback or it was just a very routine. I don't think doctor. Was in there more than probably 4 or 5 minutes everything checked out and I have another appointment in a year, but very professional and seems very concerned as far as his questions and so forth.

My intent in submitting these comments is to identify what I perceive as a process flaw and to encourage changes that will improve that process. I received a letter from Dr. Stephen Mackerrow indicating that he is leaving his practice in Pueblo and that I should establish a doctor/patient relationship with another cardiologist. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that Dr. Bhavith Aruni is taking new patients. I met with Dr. Aruni. I am disappointed that Dr. Aruni: a) was evidently unprepared for the first visit with a new patient, and b) he did not review my medical record with me during the visit. a) I suspect Dr. Aruni was unprepared to meet a first-time patient based on his statement during the visit, where he indicated he would order an abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasonic test for me. I am defining unprepared as the failure to familiarize himself with my medical history and procedures, at the very least, as it pertains to cardiology, prior to my visit. Had Dr. Aruni reviewed my cardiology-related history and procedures, he would have likely learned that an abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasonic test has, in fact, been done and the results have been documented. b) Had Dr. Aruni reviewed my cardiology-related history with me in real time, that is, during the visit, he would have had a second opportunity to see that this ultrasonic test has been done. I suspect that reviewing the patient's medical history with the patient during the first visit is invaluable to the doctor as he establishes a treatment strategy going forward and should be a standard procedure. On the positive side: Dr. Aruni reviewed the results of a Peripheral Artery Disease Screening that I had done recently as part of an annual in-home wellness visit. Dr. Aruni explained the results clearly and suggested/ordered a more robust version of this test, as follow up, that includes ultrasonic evaluation.

Dr. Aruni and medical staff provided excellent care. They are greatly appreciated, because of their prompt service, efficient in helping with new medications for me, blood tests, and supplying (Wheelchair due to shortness of breath) equipment.

Hi thought that he needed to, I didn't know who's done, I was just dismissed you needed to conclude visit or asked me if there's any more questions and I tried to go back and ask him and the nurse said that she would ask the question I needed answered and call me. Well, I have not received any calls whatsoever from anybody. And I know that's it. I just needed a couple more questions for you disappeared, and I didn't know he was done done at all. Thank you.
