Since the waiting area is larger, staff need to be more visible and louder when calling for you. The large partition seems to be blocking the waiting folks. So staff needs to walk past this partition so that they are more visible. Everything else was great!

This was my first time at a cardiology office and I was very impressed. The admin staff were courteous, friendly and thorough. Clinical staff was very professional and thorough as well. Docs were awesome, they took time to listen to me and were very nice. Good job guys.

Actually, what we only saw Phoebe, but I don't think we need to see Dr. Stout because she really took care of everything that we needed to know. And we felt like she listened and we got a lot of valuable information from her, as well. Thank you.

I had a couple of health related questions I wish I could have thought of during my visit but none the less, Dr. Stout was very through in his evaluation & the nurses who assisted were outstanding.

Could follow up a little better. I didn't get my monitor ordered and I had to follow up on some things on the phone. I just felt like the ball got dropped by the staff somewhere.

The front desk people really need some additional help. The phones ring nonstop. They were continually answering the phone, asking the person to hold, and then doing the same for the next call and the next call, to no fault of their own. They seem understaffed, they're very busy. But that being said, they were all very professional.

Although the Dr. and I discussed what to expect as I aged into my senior years, I would have liked his suggestions about dietary changes that could help me be as healthy as possible. A referral might have helped. There never is enough time in an appointment!!!

The physician's assistant came in and was going to see me and I did not like that. When I go to Dr. Stout I wait 2 or 3 months to see him and I want to see him. So their office was okay with that and the physician's assistant left and Dr. Stout came in. I like that a lot because I do not want to see a physician's assistant, a nurse practitioner, whoever. I want to see the doctor himself. Thank you.

Well, when I first walked into the door to be checked in, the girl was too busy looking at her cellphone, texting back and forth. And I was standing there, waiting and waiting and waiting. And this is the very first girl as you just walk in. They're not personable. They're rude. And trying to get calls back, callbacks for questions that I've called in for, it... either I don't get them or it takes days to get them.

Okay, my experience with them has always been great. They're right on time. They listen to what I have to say. They answer questions fully and I would I wouldn't go anywhere else but there.

To have been given the correct info initially when setting up my Telehealth virtual appointment. I was sent no Zoom meeting link only a link to set up a patient account, so there was confusion before actually seeing Dr. Stout.

The check out person was a bit distracted. But, she was ultimately helpful. I have been a patient with Pueblo Cardiology for 10 years they have always been very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

No improvements necessary. I was brought in to the office at precisely the scheduled time and, after questions were answered, my stiches were removed. Overall, calls in to the various offices of the Cardiac Care Unit all get routed through the front line workers. Getting contact with the nurse/etc. that called me has rarely worked, prompting delays.

My appointment was over Zoom and the provider had a difficult time hearing me. I use all sorts of video conference programs including Zoom all the time and have no difficulty being heard, so perhaps the sound set-up wasn't adequate on their end.
