Coral was great

There needs to be better communication from the staff. I have left two or three messages and have not had any return calls and that has been over several days.

When I choose a specialist (doctor) to see, I'm paying good money to see and talk to that specific doctor. It would be nice to be able to see and talk to that doctor after a procedure and not to a nurse practitioner, assistant or some other office worker. As a patient, we are looking forward to hearing what that particular doctor has to say about our individual situations because we trust their experience and knowledge that they have accumulated over the years and it seems through the Parkview system of doctors that we always have to talk to assistants or office workers instead of the actual doctor that we chose to do business with!!!!

Great staff and seem to run on time.
May 10, 2021
Everything was great. Thank you for all you do!
April 27, 2021
Receptionists need to either remove masks be careful to enunciate when conversing with patients upon arrival. I had to ask that receptionist stop mumbling or take or take off mask.
April 27, 2021
Nothing everything was good everyone was very professionally about their job.
April 26, 2021
This was only a phone visit, I really didn't see the staff or anybody, I just talked to the nurse or whatever the nurse practitioner on the telephone. So it was okay, wasn't great. Love to see somebody in person.
April 23, 2021
The experience was on point.
April 09, 2021
Everything was good from the moment I walked through the door till I left.
March 23, 2021
I waited in the exam room for 25-30 waiting for the nurse practitioner to arrive. The office did not appear to be busy with lots of patients, so this seemed rather a long wait.
March 23, 2021
I don't have any improvements to list. You guys are great!
March 15, 2021
Although I understand and have compassion for the phone visits...I definitely would like to have at least one physical visit.:)
March 10, 2021
Nothing. I was completely satisfied
March 09, 2021
Everyone was friendly and respectful.
March 09, 2021
I could have seen the actual dr. I was confused about why i was there. My interaction was the medical student who did vitals. So where was the dr? I felt this appointment was a waste of time
March 09, 2021
Provide me a copy of pathology report.
March 09, 2021
This was a phone appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM. It didn't start until 11:10. The provider did explain that she was pulled off to take care of emergencies. The Staff called and said that the appointment would start shortly (10:15). I wounder what would have happened if I sat in the office for close to 2 hours for waiting for a routine follow-up appointment?
March 02, 2021
I was perfectly satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff.
February 02, 2021
I am unhappy about this visit because I was not notified in advance that it would be a telephone conversation. I was pulling into the Parkview parking garage when I got the phone call for the visit. So I sat in my car in the parking garage and talked on the phone with Coral. The office lady said that they had "tried to call me" to let me know, but the only call I got was a reminder call about the appointment which did not mention that it would be a phone call appt. And there was never a message left on my answering machine either. Not real happy about that...

Less wait time
January 20, 2021
face to face contact.
January 19, 2021
I was never told how to reach out to this doctor. However, when I didn't get a call from her or call to her, Parkview sent me a missed, canceled meeting letter, which is very damaging for my health care. So maybe you can make the Tele Health presentation a little more clearer to patients.

The staff is excellent and Coral Martinez is great. My only concern was that I had talked to her about a medical surgery I was going to have and she was going to schedule me with her scheduler for a future procedure and I don't know, I think the wires got crossed there and I was going to be scheduled for the same day as the first procedure. I was going to have a medical procedure. But other than that besides that confusion everything else is great. I just think that maybe a little bit more attention should have been put as to what was going to take place so that this didn't happen and then I was told that I would get called back the next
January 11, 2021
I just wanted to say that Coral Martinez was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions was willing to go over an above with helping me and when I got off the phone with her, I felt like she had really great customer service and served me and answered all my questions. So I was absolutely just very satisfied.
January 04, 2021

October 20, 2020

October 20, 2020
My visit was very pleasant I learned something new every visit
October 06, 2020
Everything was fine
September 25, 2020
Would have been better to meet in person. Used phone due to Covid 19.
September 14, 2020
I am prove meant would be to get appointment sooner than having to wait 4 months and also the results to be given sooner than a month after a procedure then I think that one was necessary I think and they had wait like two 3 weeks. So maybe I shouldn't say that one, but the first one yes appointment.
September 01, 2020
Could have spent a little more time
August 31, 2020
I wish Coral had reviewed my chart a little more closely, so that she would have known that I tried (INAUDIBLE) before. It worked well, but my insurance company would not pay for it. So I have to take an alternative medicine (INAUDIBLE). That's all.
August 18, 2020
She was very helpful to me and I would visit her again, if I need to.
August 18, 2020
It was fine.
August 11, 2020
Saw Coral, the nurse practitioner and as always she was very thorough and answered all my questions.
August 10, 2020
Nothing with this office.
August 03, 2020
I have no suggestions for I have found this practice to have continually been very professional. To me this means that the improvements I've noticed of late must come from a willingness to take in advice, analyze it, take responsibility for anything that is negative and considered a valid criticism, and move forward with improvements. Well-done.
