To be honest, I believe there is nothing that I can recommend. I believe all involve with my health care are, professional, caring and responsive to my needs and are quick to address any health concerns.

this doctor is impossible to reach by phone. I left ten to twelve messages over 40 days because I was in bad pain and the doctor had said she'd give me a prescription and then forgot. I was trying to get the prescription but no one ever returned my call. They said it was because they were having problems with the front desk receptionists giving them the messages. If that's true, then fix it! Patients should be able to reach their doctors! I'll be looking for another doctor.

The phone system is extremely ridiculous. I have to call like 7 times to try and get just a human, and then if I have a question I'm going to have to call back, and I may not even get through that day. I was running to my appointment. I was I was unsure what time my appointment was, and I tried to call and I couldn't get through, because there's it it a total big mess. So I was a few minutes late. They were nice enough to still take me, but the phone system needs to be revamped and soon.

You MUST Improve the Phone answer system! I had to call several times because I was hung up each time I attempted to contact a Dr. assistant or leave a message to the assistant. The Front Desk was, at best a 50/50 chance to get a real person to get them to contact a Dr. assistant.

Coral Martinez was fantastic. The receptionist seemed rather rude and like she's being inconvenienced, not friendly at all. Nurse was okay.

It was obvious the lady at the front desk was busy with something else, I had to introduce myself before she would say anything to me. Disappointed.

Every visit I've had at this office I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for the doctor to come into the room. I don't know if this is common for other offices. Would like my time to be respected.

The front desk personnel was little short. She needs to have a little more compassion because people going in to see her are experiencing some of these things for the first time in their life and it is very detrimental. So a little more compassion on her behalf of be greatly appreciated.
