I could not find the office of Dr. Ashby. It was an 8:30 am appointment and very cold. It felt like I had walked for a mile asking in another office related to Parkview where I might find her. One person was very nice, but could not help me. I finally found her office (about 1/2 hour or more late). At first they wanted to reschedule me, but then Dr. Ashby agreed to see me. It was a very good and productive meeting.

I really don't have anything to add. I think I was very satisfied with the overall, and the total consultation. That's all.

I thought though the provider could have improved in her response in regards to the professionalism and opinion of other physicians in Parkview. I'm very much aware that all doctors and physicians, nurses staff, they do not all agree, or believe the same thing is when it comes to preventive maintenance and care of your health. However, I feel like that, could be expressed in a more professional manner in the way that it was.

Better signs at the rear of the building to direct you to the front of the building to find the office. GPS took me to the rear of the building and I got lost trying to navigate my way through the maze like hallways to the front. I called the front desk and someone came to find me. When I left my appointment, it was a straight exit from the front lobby to the front doors.
