I'm new to Colorado and this doctor is like I'm so impressed. I haven't liked the doctor and Colorado as much as I like him. He was incredible. The office was wonderful. I got lost. I was a half an hour late the accommodated me. It was just a wonderful experience. I haven't had that good of an experience at a doctor's office in Colorado, since I got here after 50 years in Los Angeles. With all the Los Angeles doctors and it all the people to choose from and then to come here and find a doctor. Who's that quality that caliber like Los Angeles quality. It was really a good experience. I was very pleased. I'm looking forward to being his patient. Thank you. Bye. Bye.

Need to slow down when trying to tell me things. I have a little problem of hearing and you can't seem to get that through his head instead of talking to me. He talked to the wall our the computer screen but not right directly to me. I had a problem with that. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad.

I appreciate the fact that the staff was friendly and to the point. I knew what I needed to let them know and everyone was on time. So, I got in on time. I was seen by the physician on time and it was a good experience.

We had drove up the afternoon before due to have heavy fog and freezing weather predicted again. We drove 3 hours to get to Pueblo, rented a motel room for an 8:20 appointment to find out the office had tried to reach our house phone after we had already left to change to later afternoon. Because I was feeling so bad and we had already given up our motel room, we had to find a place to stay until I could come in. They do have me cell phone now but that caused a hardship.

The only issue I really had. Was with the doctor himself, he's very judgy and a little bit rude. He doesn't know me and it was really disrespectful with some of the stuff that he said especially because he's a cardiologist and he doesn't need to put his nose and all of my other doctors businesses. He was just very rude and pretty much called my primary stupid. So that was cool. The clinical staff was great. That's it.

Yes my appointment was at 11:30, and it was quarter to 12, and nobody said anything to me. I know he was behind on his scheduling, but I think someone from the front desk you called me and told me that he was behind them. You know, I'll have to wait a little bit longer instead of me. Just waiting there. Thank you.

I feel under the circumstances of my case, the information needed to be confirmed by a cardiologist, a doctor, not a nurse or a P.A. This was not done after a loop recorder was installed in my wife.

Telephone communication left me not knowing if I would be visiting with Dr Alattar or coming in only for a blood pressure check so that my prescription could be renewed. EVEN THOUGH I asked directly! ("You're going to be seen in our clinic". So what does that mean?) I also don't recall being told to wear a mask to the appt and was in such a hurry to get into the office that I left mine in the car. Front desk personnel kindly provided me with an alternative. No one asked me to bring in a copy of the medications I am taking either, but I was expected to have one. IF I had been told "You'll be meeting with Dr Alattar" perhaps that need would have dawned on me. But if you expect me to remember year to year you will likely be disappointed. Some of this oversight may have come about since I believe I was talking with back office staff rather than going through the front desk for scheduling. That chain of contact was initiated by my request for an RX refill, not by scheduling an annual checkup with my cardiologist. I guess it's just a confusing time for everyone, but a little perspective on the part of staff would have been helpful to me.
