Everything was done well. My experience was good.
September 17, 2021
I thought it was all great. But what would make me happier is if it were located near Saint Mary Corwin. I am not a fan of Parkview Hospital and would never go to Parkview Hospital.

Nothing! I am very pleased with this office.
August 02, 2021
I have no concerns, everything was excellent.
July 26, 2021
The thing that I think you did well in your front staff was friendly. And the lady in the back was friendly. But not as friendly as a lady in the front. I'm a little less enthused, I guess to be there. I also didn't like the fact that they made me see one of his nurses assistants for the next year instead of seeing the doctor.

I can't think of anything! More practices should learn from this clinic.

May 21, 2021
Nothing it was a great visit.
May 21, 2021
Probably the only comment doesn't really have anything to do with the visit that day, but it does take quite a while to get in for a wellness visit. Besides that, everything was great! Thanks

Dr. Mahmoud is absolutely amazing. Best physician in Pueblo hands down. Office staff or a little bit rude but will totally go back just for the doctor.

April 22, 2021
I can't think of anything I left there feeling good about my situation
April 20, 2021
Maybe some water bottles instead of a water fountain during a pandemic.
April 19, 2021
Dr was called for delivery of twins - it was not a problem; he quickly took care of me. I did not feel slighted at all.

February 26, 2021
Dr. Mahmoud is the best. Pueblo and Parkview would be less if he leaves. Do your best to keep him.
February 12, 2021
Provided a blanket while waiting in the paper gown. It was a long wait and it was freezing! But overall a good visit!
February 09, 2021
Front desk was very rude during checkin.
February 09, 2021
When I called to check-in via phone I was left on hold for an extended period of time. Also, I understand the need to limit the number of people in the office due to COVID-19 but my spouse was allowed to join me for the ultrasound and then was kicked out and made to wait in the car for my actual appointment. I was not aware he could not attend both parts of the appointment. Perhaps better clarity from the staff about this would be helpful. Based on the information I received I thought he was able to attend both. It made for a very awkward moment when you are already a nervous mama.
February 01, 2021
I had to wait a while in the patient room and because it was my well-woman annual exam I was uncomfortable and cold waiting for so long (with no clothing).
January 25, 2021
I love you guys and dr mahmoud! Keep up the good work
January 19, 2021

January 15, 2021
It was an overall good experience!
January 12, 2021
Some history didn't cross over in a computer system change. Someone may have to contact patients before appointment to fill this in since I didn't have all the information with me.
January 08, 2021
Nothing, My visit was very nice and comfortable.
January 04, 2021
The nurse and the doctor were really really pleasant. The receptionist was kind of rude.
December 29, 2020
Perhaps you need to stop using the term provider. Perhaps you should use the terms physician assistant, nurse practitioner and physician. Provider is a garbage pill terms that doesn't actually tell patients who they're seeing or what they do and is very disingenuous and quite misleading. Thank you.
December 17, 2020
It would be really nice if my spouse could come in the room with me for my OB appointment.
