Dr. Mahmoud is the best. Pueblo and Parkview would be less if he leaves. Do your best to keep him.

Provided a blanket while waiting in the paper gown. It was a long wait and it was freezing! But overall a good visit!

Front desk was very rude during checkin.

When I called to check-in via phone I was left on hold for an extended period of time. Also, I understand the need to limit the number of people in the office due to COVID-19 but my spouse was allowed to join me for the ultrasound and then was kicked out and made to wait in the car for my actual appointment. I was not aware he could not attend both parts of the appointment. Perhaps better clarity from the staff about this would be helpful. Based on the information I received I thought he was able to attend both. It made for a very awkward moment when you are already a nervous mama.

I had to wait a while in the patient room and because it was my well-woman annual exam I was uncomfortable and cold waiting for so long (with no clothing).

Some history didn't cross over in a computer system change. Someone may have to contact patients before appointment to fill this in since I didn't have all the information with me.

Nothing, My visit was very nice and comfortable.

The nurse and the doctor were really really pleasant. The receptionist was kind of rude.

Perhaps you need to stop using the term provider. Perhaps you should use the terms physician assistant, nurse practitioner and physician. Provider is a garbage pill terms that doesn't actually tell patients who they're seeing or what they do and is very disingenuous and quite misleading. Thank you.

It would be really nice if my spouse could come in the room with me for my OB appointment.

Dr. Mahmoud was very good. Very patient. I think he did perfectly fine. He understood and he listened. The office staff is something I think could be improved. They, it wasn't very welcoming when I entered the clinic and especially when it's a woman's health clinic and most of the staff that I saw were women I do think that they need to be more welcoming and warm for the environment that is already an uncomfortable situation for a woman to be in. Maybe a little bit more happy for 1. I think they were knowledgeable but they were short and it kind of came off a little bit rude, but they were knowledgeable and they did do their job which is why I gave them in a 8. Over all my visit was good. That's the only complaint that I have. Thank you.
