The doctor was fantastic. He was so gentle and relaxing that I relaxed and he knew right away. What was bothering me. He explained to me what he could do to get rid of it. Kind of scared, but he's he's he's great. Thank you.
April 21, 2021
Yes, you guys did awesome job and you knew what you were doing and I really appreciate it. Thank you for getting me in on time, getting me in sooner than my scheduled appointment.I do appreciate that thank you very much.
April 14, 2021

Nothing! Everything was great

You know guys, I don't know Dr. Chapman from anyone else on the street. I use part of Parkview and I think he's probably a pretty good doctor because of that but you know having to wait 3 - 4 months to be able to get in to see the doctor is unacceptable in my perspective and from my perspective and and I just don't appreciate that. So I think if you could get your patients in a more timely fashion, that would be fabulous. You know, everybody has to be careful because of covid, I get that but we don't have to you know, why should we have to put our health concerns on hold? This is a doctor somebody who should be treating people that are sick and who are in firm, so I would think that you'd want to see his patients much sooner than 4 months. That's all.

They are professional to the enth degree. It takes a long time, I'm worth it when it's mine
March 17, 2021
The staff at this office are THE worst. So rude and short. I had an appointment with the doc and came as scheduled but when I got there, they said they called to cancel it. I never received a message or notice that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I argued with them, rightfully so, and they were extremely rude back. Poor staffing.
March 16, 2021
Respectful knowledgeable, concerned
March 10, 2021
Very understanding
March 08, 2021
I can not think of anything that would have made it go smoother.
March 02, 2021
I would greatly appreciate Improvement on the waiting in the wait room. I waited 45 minutes to get to the examining room. And then I waited another 45 minutes and when you're in a lot of pain that's hard. And I'm done, thank you.
March 01, 2021
When I was visiting with your doctor, everything seems very fine. But when you call right after a first appointment, you don't really have an accurate way to answer, because you don't know that much about your doctor after the first visit.
March 01, 2021
I had to wait in the waiting room. For 15 minutes, which is not bad. My appointment was at one time the doctor didn't see me until an hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. That's the only problem I have.
February 10, 2021
Everything was great
February 08, 2021
Dr. Chapman is always incredibly always listen offers answers that I can use and then Antonette at the front office is in equally incredible. It's always a pleasure to see both of them.
February 02, 2021
Didn't have my machine set up in time left me in pain.
January 26, 2021
This visit was excellent everything about it was the doctors going to be a few minutes late. They called me told me that so it was excellent this time in the past I have had trouble getting a call back, but my experience this time was excellent and my overall I'm just very appreciative of the care from Dr. Chapman. Thank you.
January 26, 2021
This was a telephone visit due to Covid restrictions. Dr. Chapman did an excellent job answering the questions I his office staff will be sending more information to evaluate. He was very thorough and spent a good amount of time discussing options with me. I was very pleased with the meeting and feel like I may be able to get some help with my nerve pain.
January 25, 2021
So everything was great just took a long time to get an appointment, but it's very understandable with the Covid going on right now. So I do understand that but took a long time to be able to get an appointment. Other than that, everything is great. Thank you.
January 20, 2021
I think that I would have liked to have been seen in person and when he was reading my MRI, he could have showed me. You know, what what the problems were with my neck and back and that's the only two things.
January 20, 2021
Would be best have a live visit with the doctor but with the covid going on we have to do it on the phone, but still would be better if we were live.
December 30, 2020
Dr. Chapman has been excellent, as far as taking care of me. The staff has had several problems getting my new pain pump figured out. It's a different pain pump then they're use to using. And I think they need a little bit of in house education on what they're doing. They try hard, but you know, they're ... they're .... they're good about trying. But they're just not getting it. Again, I'm totally happy with Dr. Chapman. We just need to get this pain pump worked out. They don't really know how to use it. They tried very hard Wednesday to get it going and they couldn't. So, I've been kind of in a dilemma. I'm going back Tuesday. Let's see if we can get this resolved.
December 23, 2020
A little bit larger rooms, I'm in a power wheelchair and it was a very tight fit.
December 22, 2020
Nothing! Everything was great!
December 14, 2020
Nothing. It was a nice visit.
December 07, 2020
I have no complaint's with the visit at all.
December 01, 2020
Waited over 1hour for appointment over the assigned time. I know problems and concerns from previous patients sometimes take more than the patient slotted time. I hope this is not the standard. Perhaps if the staff would let the waiting patient know there is a delay, I would have felt better.
November 23, 2020
n/a everything went very smoothly. Actually enjoyed my visit. Dr. Champman was great. The whole staff made me feel important to them. Friendly and professional. Thank you.

September 22, 2020
They did good.
September 21, 2020
I had already told them that I had Medicaid and that we were going to be talking about my spine stimulator surgery and they've known since I've had Medicaid even talked about having a psych eval but today they're saying Medicaid won't cover surgery they don't believe. Since staff have known for almost 2 weeks that I have Medicaid and it's in my file you guys have done all my other procedures I think you guys could've had an answer on that for me today
September 15, 2020
I was very happy with everything that the doctor did and I will rate him a 10 any day. The clinic was awesome. Thank you.
September 15, 2020
I would have like to answered the recommendation questions after I've had my procedure.
September 15, 2020
Appointments were backed up too far. Had to wait a month to see doctor. Not good when having pain.
September 15, 2020
Yes, doctor was supposed to prescribe some medications for me. Never did. I've been trying all day yesterday, after I saw him and today, and I still have not received my medication and I left a message with his answering service this evening and hopefully, I can get my meds, because I am completely out of them. I do not know the procedure, why he's not. He said he would get them sent to me and he never did.
September 01, 2020
No improvement needed
August 25, 2020
This was the first time I've seen Dr.Chapman and my entire visit was wonderful. I was given hope that my pain could be managed without medication. Nothing comes to mind that could have improved my visit.
August 05, 2020
I was completely satisfied with my appointment, Absolutely no complaints
August 05, 2020
Getting in to see Dr.Chapman sooner.
August 04, 2020
I was happy with all that was talked with me about
August 03, 2020
Hi. I called the office to see when my epidural injections would be scheduled and they said that they have not processed the Monday appointments yet. And today is Thursday, and it was afternoon. I was disappointed and had been hoping to get help sooner than later. So that would be my only criticism of the whole visit and situation. Otherwise, I've been very happy with the office and the doctor. Thank you. Bye. Bye.
July 28, 2020
I had a very good visit. The doctor was very nice. The nurse was nice. I would recommend it to my family and friends.
July 28, 2020
It was a breath of fresh air to find a doctor who gave me the facts of the problems and can explain what the best treatment is and why.
July 27, 2020
Everything was just as it should be for me
July 27, 2020
Nothing at all! Dr. Chapman & his Angela (Angel) & receptionists were all exceptional! Loved it! What a blessing to me!
July 22, 2020
I waited 8 months for a first appointment. The day before that appointment they called to reschedule for the following week at 3:15. They did not tell me I had to be there at 2:45 to fill out paperwork so I was late and told I would have to wait until 4:30 or later to see the doctor. I rescheduled for the following week.
July 21, 2020
Nothing. Everything was good
July 20, 2020
The only thing I would like to have was my other illnesses considered . The MD was very nice and very patient.
July 14, 2020
I was dictated as to the treatment I would receive rather than discussed as alternative methods to long term chronic care for pain management.
July 14, 2020
All went very well.
July 13, 2020
Took me in. Helped me out with the information. Hopefully there's possibilities down the road. I thank him. Thank you staff. Thank you.
July 13, 2020
This Doctor could have shown more respect.
