I was kept waiting to check out because office staff were trying to navigate a new system. There should be at least one person available to check a patient out no matter what the problem.

The staff with Dr. Lee was very professional. Very, very nice, made me feel very comfortable. I was kind of nervous and they made me very comfortable. I will recommend her to anybody. She's excellent doctor and I'm glad she's on this journey with me of getting help here. Thank you.

Nothing I absolutely adore this staff and Dr. Lee. I forgot my mask they graciously and kindly offered me one, they didn't act rude or make me feel any negative way. They are so kind and attentive.

There is nothing. I didn't have to wait to be seen. Everyone was very nice and professional. The doctor did not rush and answered all my questions. So other than making my visit totally free of any co-payment. There is nothing that needs improvement.

I just think that the doctor seems rather in a hurry and anxious to get rid of me. For some reason, I felt like it went to two quick.

Nothing, Dr. Lee was a delight and I was very happy to have had her for a doctor. I can't tell you how excited I am to know that if I need a cardiologist in the future SHE IS MY DOCTOR!!!!

I had called the receptionist to find out what date and time my appointment was and she had gave me the wrong date. So I had to come back twice. But besides that, everything was excellent.

The staff greeted with respect. Answered our questions about forms and everything and they got us in quick. Felt very comfortable and wanted there. As far as been wanting to see you or me. That's it. I think they were very, very professional.

You know, I really enjoyed my experience at the hospital. And my heart doctor. My life was in their hand and they took care of me. I recommended them to anybody, if it's a total stranger I would. They took care of me. I appreciate that,because I was so frightened but yet, they were there for me. Took care of me good, may God bless them all. Thank you.

Yeah, we both my husband and I were in, at the same time. We were treated very wonderfully. The staffers wonderful, Dr. Lee was awesome. She answered all our questions and we both felt comfortable when we left.

Yes. Going to a Cardiologist, I fully anticipated to experience what I had with the previous ones, Dr. Berner, and Dr. McCarroll, and that was that all levels of Cardiology were taken care of, and handled very nicely by them. What I'm experiencing now, is that it kind of like being sent through a maze. Up to a certain point, the cardiologist I am ... I attended could do so much. Anything else within the Cardiology field had to be referred on up the ladder. That was very disturbing, and very, very disappointing.

Felt kind of rude towards patience from reception desk Not very welcoming or easy feeling when your there about such a stressful thing as heart problems was uncomfortable

I was very pleased with the whole process starting with the check in, the PA, and very much with Doctor Lee. The check out staff were equally professional, friendly and accommodating. Overall a much better experience than the last 20 some years in Tucson, AZ.

Dr. Lee is fabulous. I think the girls at the front could be a little friendlier. They're very professional but they're just not very friendly. And that's not really a complaint because they do their job well I'm sure. But, you know, people that come in there are a little uncomfortable anyway, I think they could be friendlier. That's all.

I've been going to your facility for probably 9 to 10 years under Dr. MacKerrow, and the people there are extremely helpful, and the care that I received during that period of time has been just great. So I would highly recommend it to any and everyone, but just some of the issues I've had with, in the cardiac area. Thank you very much.

Be sure that out of town patients know that you have to turn right to turn left on Pueblo Boulevard, and that you are in the Kaiser building!
