Dr. Lee wore her mask and so properly but several staff did not. The clerical staff who check us in and out sometimes pulled masks off and often wite masks with noses sticking out to spread viruses. And even some some clinical do not have masks on. Everyone should wear masks all the time and wear them over mouths and noses. I am at very risk for serious covid disease and do not appreciate the laxity of mask wearing in the Coronary Care unit.

Yeah, Dr. Lee was just wonderful. She had both myself and my husband at the same time. She answered all our questions and refilled our prescriptions when needed. And yes we will recommend her to our friends and family. And if we ever needed any more questions, I know that you'll feel free to answer them for us and we thank you for everything. Bye.

that office is so overscheduled they are unable to address issues and were unwilling to provide follow-up until pushed by me. She stated, "I don't know why you are here." That was half-way through the initial session. I am going to another cardiologist in a different practice that can provide care, schedule tests in a timely manner and not act like I'm an inconvenience. My care is going to Colorado Springs.

Communication between the patient and the doctor is a disaster when scheduling or confirming an appointment or concern. The process of not being able to speak to doctor personnel on the phone without waiting 1 or 2 days for a callback is frustrating. If the patient misses the message it takes another day or two to speak to someone. Can another option such as email be also used? This issue is a bigger problem for those patients who live miles from Pueblo.

The reception area staff appears disinterested in the process of checking in and collecting necessary information. They fail to quickly acknowledge individuals waiting at the counter and, in my situation, eye contact was never made. Personal conversations were continued as I was handed my paperwork!

Nothing I absolutely adore this staff and Dr. Lee. I forgot my mask they graciously and kindly offered me one, they didn't act rude or make me feel any negative way. They are so kind and attentive.

There is nothing. I didn't have to wait to be seen. Everyone was very nice and professional. The doctor did not rush and answered all my questions. So other than making my visit totally free of any co-payment. There is nothing that needs improvement.
