Felt kind of rude towards patience from reception desk Not very welcoming or easy feeling when your there about such a stressful thing as heart problems was uncomfortable

I think that the experience would be improved with a Spanish speaking professional, either a nurse, CNA, doctor or an interpreter. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the whole process starting with the check in, the PA, and very much with Doctor Lee. The check out staff were equally professional, friendly and accommodating. Overall a much better experience than the last 20 some years in Tucson, AZ.

Dr. Lee is fabulous. I think the girls at the front could be a little friendlier. They're very professional but they're just not very friendly. And that's not really a complaint because they do their job well I'm sure. But, you know, people that come in there are a little uncomfortable anyway, I think they could be friendlier. That's all.

The nurse and Dr. Lee are excellent. We would definitely recommend any friends or family or community member to go see any of the doctors at this ... clinic.

I've been going to your facility for probably 9 to 10 years under Dr. MacKerrow, and the people there are extremely helpful, and the care that I received during that period of time has been just great. So I would highly recommend it to any and everyone, but just some of the issues I've had with, in the cardiac area. Thank you very much.

Be sure that out of town patients know that you have to turn right to turn left on Pueblo Boulevard, and that you are in the Kaiser building!

I have recommended Dr. Lee several times already and also insisted my husband see her. I have great faith in her. In addition, the support staff at this office are exceptional.

All of the staff are so professional and courteous and took care of my husband in a very nice timely manner very respectful and courteous. Dr. Jenny Lee is just superb in her interpersonal skills. She has such a great bed side manner and I would recommend her to anyone.

The only things I can think of is the rules around the Covid Virus. My wife usually go to all my doctor visits as a second pair of ears incase I miss something. But on this visit she stayed in the car as we didn't know if she was allowed in with me. Not a big deal.

Use more automation. I don't think it should be necessary to fill out a bunch of forms that are highly redundant and contain mostly information you already have in your system.

The cardiologist {patient name redacted} saw was very competent and kind. We do miss Dr. MacKerrow. He was a excellent Dr. and friend. Dr. Lee will be just great for us.

The only issue was that a portion of the parking lot was under construction and you had to walk all the way around the building to get to the entrance. Not a big deal for me as I am ambulatory but noticed some older folks struggling.

I thought I was scheduled for a stress test and turns out it was just a consult before I could be scheduled for a stress test. I wish this had been made clear before the doctor visit.

Yes, I saw Jenny Lee on Friday and her staff and she was very kind and considerate and very informative. So I enjoyed seeing Dr. Lee and I got the results of my test that I had taken. And anyway, everything went really well in her office. So I was pleased. Okay. Thank you.

I would have liked to have had my appointment sooner with Dr. Lee. I have been at the hospital on October I believe it was 23rd and didn't actually get in to see her until December 9th, it was an emergency that I went in on the hospital. I would like to got in to see her about 2 weeks, but obviously took about 6 weeks.

I just - first time I've ever done this virtual I guess it's what they call it - I'm 80 years old, I don't know how to do all this stuff so I was shocked at that. I would rather seen the doctor in person - I realized everything's upside down, inside out, and topsy-turvy this year. So that's it - I'm done.

I was really satisfied with the the amount of people that were there and the amount of questions that were answered right away. I appreciate the fact that they checked your temperature and made sure you had a mask and I appreciate the quickness. I sat down about a couple of papers and right away it was called in. The nurse who took me in did an awesome job, took the information, and also my medicine and all my blood pressure and temperature and all that. So I was really pleased and I truly am pleased with the service. I always get with Dr. Lee's and her office staff.

The Parkview computer system had information and medication from years ago. I was asked about medications that I haven't taken in years. Likely because I saw a physician years ago that was connected to the Parkview group. I provided a complete list of current medications as requested for my visit. Perhaps old records should be archived.

I don't like going to the doctor so when I say that this was the best appointment I have ever been on is not exaggerating. Easy check in, short wait, friendly staff and they even used my nick name. Dr. Lee was friendly and made me feel easy about my possible illness.

Yes, I was a new patient and I don't believe that the doctor took enough time to look over my records before I got there. I sort of told her what was going on with me and she just said I was doing okay doing good and see me in a year. I know that was testing on mine and stuff. I told her about that. Hopefully she looked at everything that I don't think she did.

You need to get your medical, electronic medical records together. Kaiser has a way to link records and there was none of that by Dr. Lee. She didn't have any history (INAUDIBLE) and it was horrible. You know, you need to get this together.
