Nothing! My husband and daughter went with me to visit my doctor. We had a lot of questions about my upcoming surgery and the doctor took time to bring up my PET scan on his laptop and explain the surgery. We've all been reading about the surgery online and were concerned. After our visit with the doctor we felt better about it.

The office did not have record of my appointment so there was a slight delay. However, the office did make room for my appointment. No harm done. I am very pleased at how fast they could fit me in.

Some of my medical history is not correct. I did clarify the mistakes. Dr. Dugal and his PA are good at their job.

Experience is a high priority in considering complex medical procedures. While this team's experience, in terms of the number of TAVR procedures conducted to date, it is still many fewer than other surgical practices of which I am aware regarding the TAVR procedure. I believe these practitioners to be competent and I'm trusting they will do an excellent job with my procedure provided there are no serious complications.

How about magazines in the individual rooms, as the longest wait time was between the physicians assistant and the doctor coming in. About 10-15 minutes

nothing everything was great all staff members were very friendly.

Stairway connecting parking garage to office tower was heavily littered with bird droppings which can easily be tracked into physicians clinics. This is very unsanitary and could potentially cause disease.

I wish now I would have asked more questions about the the images he was showing me.

The medical assistant that took my blood pressure and so forth, didn't introduce yourself, and was basically not friendly at all. So that's all I have to say. Thank you.
