The experience with the staff and doctor was excellent. I recommend them to everyone.

Everything went well. The only thing I would do different is I would be a little faster on rescheduling an appointment. He was told that they were going to reschedule his appointment, and they still have not done that. I don't know when they're going to call him. But if they could call him and schedule, that I'm waiting. Thanks.

I just moved here from California. I am a Colorado native. I've been in California for 40 years and moving back to Colorado was able to see the doctors as they referred me from one to the other to the other and in a very quick time, it is greatly appreciated if what the medical staff has done to make me feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

Nothing! My husband and daughter went with me to visit my doctor. We had a lot of questions about my upcoming surgery and the doctor took time to bring up my PET scan on his laptop and explain the surgery. We've all been reading about the surgery online and were concerned. After our visit with the doctor we felt better about it.

The office did not have record of my appointment so there was a slight delay. However, the office did make room for my appointment. No harm done. I am very pleased at how fast they could fit me in.

Some of my medical history is not correct. I did clarify the mistakes. Dr. Dugal and his PA are good at their job.

Experience is a high priority in considering complex medical procedures. While this team's experience, in terms of the number of TAVR procedures conducted to date, it is still many fewer than other surgical practices of which I am aware regarding the TAVR procedure. I believe these practitioners to be competent and I'm trusting they will do an excellent job with my procedure provided there are no serious complications.

How about magazines in the individual rooms, as the longest wait time was between the physicians assistant and the doctor coming in. About 10-15 minutes
