the phone system was down

Waited to be seen then felt like the doctor a s nurse were rushed to get out of there. They were very nice when visiting with me then seems like they were in a hurry.

The lady at the first window at the front desk is always rude, whether it's on the phone or in person. She has no compassion and I do my best to avoid having to deal with her, but I was forced to check out with her this time and it was a terrible experience as always. I don't know her name because she covered her name on her badge with a sticker.

I had a very unpleasant interaction with the receptionist. I was unaware of the new check in from your car policy and went into the office. I was looked at like an alien and was told to go to my car and check in from there. When I called and explained that I didn't know about it I was told "well, there are signs on the door." There have always been signs on the door, but pregnant patients were allowed to check in and wait in the office, so I didn't think they were relevant. I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me about the new policy instead of having someone be rude to me and dismiss it. If policies change it would be nice to know so I can be compliant with those policies.

My visit was fine, no improvement necessary.

Everyone was very helpful. I had a great experience. My only critique is my appointment was at 1:40, and I didn't get called into the clinic until 1:50 almost 1:55.

There is nothing to improve. Dr. C and his staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

It was a quick, thorough visit. They actually took me back before my scheduled time. Dr Castelli's nurse was thorough going over my medical chart and history. Dr Castelli answered all of my questions and concerns and I always appreciate his kind and caring demeanor, as well as his nurse.

If you say your going to send in an order that day, then actually do it that day.
