The visit seemed just a little bit rushed, and it would have been nice to go at a slightly slower pace to make sure everything was covered.

I THANK you well go back .

I don't like the way the office policy is set, It's a good idea to have a nonviolence policy but it doesn't address how to complain about a bad experience without being called aggressive and getting discouraged, also the arrival time policy statement says if you arrive less than 5 minutes before your appointment you will need to be rescheduled, so I really want to know who 8s going to compicate me if I have to wait 15 or 30 minutes pass my appointment time, my time is valuable also

I have nothing negative to report about my experience.

Know my records BEFORE I get to the appointment! Address all of the issues I am there to be seen for.

I was more than satisfied with my experience at Parkview Neurology.

I am not sure if I feel I am being taken seriously by the staff here. I have been seen by this provider for over a year for a concussion I sustained in 2019, and the subsequent migraines and lingering symptoms I have been experiencing due to that concussion. My symptoms have stabilized but not really improved and while I have communicated this I feel I have been brushed off. They are clinically polite.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly no changes needed.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Park. However, she was gone before I had all of my questions asked and so I'm waiting now for follow up from her. I have great expectations, but I haven't heard yet. I know I have a serious medical issue pending and I will be very happy if she gets back to me this week or early next week and that just remains to be seen. Meanwhile, I think she's competent and personable and I look forward to seeing her again.

Yes. I'm completely satisfied with Dr. Park. I think she was personable. She listened to me. She had advice. She contacted my cardiologist and conferred with him, which I appreciate. I think she did a good job. Thank you. Goodbye.

The provider could listen to the patient. Not listen to respond what what the patient is really saying. And stop pushing medications on the individual. If they are uncomfortable with something let it go and don't pressure and push

Hi, I'm on Medicaid I've had the prescription from a neurologist waiting for 3 days. At the pharmacy and apparently my doctor or the individual that prescribed medication needs to talk to Medicaid before I can pick up and get my medication paid for. That is be very most important thing.
