It just takes forever to get seen for an appointment and like there's no cancellation list for trying to get seen earlier like there are for other providers in the area, which makes it hard to try to get seen sooner. Like I was told just to try to call back every day, which is honestly just like too much like for me and honestly it's probably too much for the staff to manage, so I ended up not doing that because I know that's a pain. So, if there were like an automated system or something for that, that would probably make it easier for everybody.

You need a wheelchair, assisted entry. You have 1 for the main door, you need 1 for your office, you need an automatic wheelchair door, because you don't have 1 for a handicapped automatic opening.

I was surprised to see the NP instead of the dr. My insurance company pays for me to see the dr. She seemed well informed but I think I should have been told I was not seeing the dr.

This was my third visit, have only seen my actual doctor one time the other visits were with NP or PA. This last visit they were running late which is understandable I get it but I would like to see my actual doctor.

Wow! I can't think of anything. I can't remember the last time I was treated with such respect by every member of a medical team, from the people who answered the phone, to receptionist and check-in; to the medical assistant, the P.A and the Doctor. I'm very glad your team is on my team to keep me healthy.

My appointment was with Dr. Brown. I did not see Dr. Brown. The (?medical assistant?, NPA? ) who saw me was competent but I expected to be seen by my surgeon Dr. Brown. Why did I not see the Dr. with whom I had an appointment ? ? ?

The only thing that irritated me is they had us come fifteen minutes early and then they had an office meeting. And so we had to wait. It would have been nice if they would have let us know that they had an office meeting so that we weren't after waiting for an extra roughly 7 minutes. What... which wasn't long. But yeah. Thank you.

Test results were posted on the patient portal, so I knew things were ok. But I never received a call about them or how I should proceed in the future, e.g., annual EKG or annual checkup. Dr. Brown is busy so this is not a criticism, simply an observation.

Need to provide directions to the Dr. Brown's office in the Park View complex. Because it's difficult when you text somebody, and my case, I get a text which said here's my appointment time, but there was no directions which made it a little bit more time consuming. Thank you.

I would not have them change anything, from the moment I walk through the door to leaving everything is smooth. Dr. Brown is an amazing cardiologist, she always listens to you and waits for you to finish, then gives her insight and answers all questions you. She is just a great person and always makes you feel comfortable.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Brown for a couple of years. My wife passed away, but I'm still seeing Dr. Brown, but we were always impressed with her thoroughness and her ability to talk to us in a way that we could understand. Dr. Brown was probably the best doctor I've ever seen in the USA and I've been here since 1965. She is fantastic, and if you ever let it go or you'll be crazy. She explains things. She's very pleasant, and she listens. She is fantastic.

More conscientious schedulers. Two mistakes were made on my appt card. Instead of 3 month return she wrote down an appt for 1 year. Time and date and return were both wrong. Corrected by phone.
