Dr. Kruse was raised in Colorado Springs, CO. After four years of practice at Camp Lejuene Naval Hospital in North Carolina, she returned to Southern Colorado in 2001 and joined her current practice in Associates in Women's Health Care. She enjoys the small city life of Pueblo and spends most of her free time with her husband and two daughters.

Yes, Dr. Kruse is very competent, I believe and a pair of very nice, but she just really rush this through the whole visit, and she doesn't really stop and listen. It's like she's just not really there and she's going through the motions. So she's like pleasant, and polite, but she's not there. She just go through the motions and she makes absolutely no personal connection whatsoever. And so yeah.That's what I feel in the two times I've seen her, she's just not there, she's just like checked out, although she seems competent and she's polite.

The nurses is very helpful. She had a lot of answers to all the questions that I had. Although where I think we can improve is knowing more of my history. So it wasn't like I went in there blind not knowing my own history.

There was really nothing that could have improved my visit. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was early for my appointment but got right in. Dr. Kruse is always pleasant and asks very pertinent questions to assess any concerns. The new location is easy to get to and has a welcoming atmosphere.

I have been going to Associates in Women's Health did years. The office staff is courteous and kind. They even got me into my appointment early. I can't think of anything that could've been done better.

The trash can right next to the table I was sitting on was full and overflowing with gross looking stuff on top from a previous patient.

I left without any answers. I didn't feel like she checked to make sure everything was okay. I had talked to my primary care doctor before seeing her and he said that she'd want to run some additional tests, at least make sure I wasn't pregnant but none of that happened. It was a 15 min visit in total and didn't give me any answers to my symptoms.

You had to walk to the door to see the sign to call. They then asked you questions while you are standing outside. It was cold. One, they could have told you in one of the two text messages or the one phone call to call when you got there 9or two, said go get back in your car we have questions for you before you come in or tgree, has you come in and ask those questions. I know it's weird right now, this was just really weird.

The doctor told me to come back in 2 weeks and I went to tell the receptionist and she said you didn't have any appointments and so I can't go back until 3 or 4 weeks later. So I was needing to go back. So that's my problem right there.

My ear was hurting so I asked my dr to check it while I was there but she didn't have anything to check it with. Now I'll have to make an appointment with my primary dr just to check my ear. So that's an inconvenience for me.

I has no idea my provider moved to a new location. I feel I should gave been notified by phone or email. I was not made aware of the move until I read a sign on the door of the previous office.

Thank you for seeing me I had gone to another office by mistake, called to tell them and was given time to make my appointment and greeted by the front officd staff. Dr Kruse has not changed anything and it was years since I had been able to see her. She is the best.

Hi. Yes, the staff was extremely friendly and professional, but unfortunately your phone system does not give me enough time to punch in a 10, which I was trying to do on several occasions because I use a special voice over keyboard because of my visual impairment. So unfortunately, I can't rate you a 10 because your phone system won't let me do that.

I have very complex issue and it is important for me to consider all different options. It seems that the physician I saw is making the decision based on the age group not a specific case. I hope she is right but I am not convinced.

The office staff. Gathered my information over the phone and when I arrived had to repeat it again despite my telling them I had checked in by phone! They also did not give good directions about whether I was to enter the building or wait to be let in. I waited at door as directed & they waved me in from inside but the way the sun was I could not see them. They also appear inpatient and short with people.

I know there isn't a lot that can be done right now due to covid but having patients wait in their cars, especially with the weather getting warmer, could be problematic. Not everybody has air conditioning in their car.

I think the check in was a bit of a problem... having to call from the parking lot and then they call back to let me know it was ok to come in. I understand the concerns with health, but it should have gone more smoothly. Thank you.
