I have been seeing this provider since 2012. Him and his office staff are great. I have had no problems with them they listen to me they understand what I'm talking about and when they explain something to me they don't make me feel like an idiot if I don't understand and ask them to sum it down kind of thing. So I really enjoy it and when I came back move back to Pueblo from Albuquerque I requested to go back to him because he is so good thank you.

Dr. Berraducci is very kind and considerate to me and my family. His staff works me in when I have a problem because I come from Trinidad. I am 80 and no longer drive so my daughter takes me up. He listens to me and seems to really care about us as people. We aren't just an electronic record. I hope he stays at Pueblo Cardiology for a long time. He also sees my friend whom use to live with me for 24 years until his accident in Feb. My friend is not doing well and currently at the Center at Park West. Dr. Berrducci has been supportive of my friend whom is also 80. I know I probably won't have my friend much longer, but Dr. Berraducci, Heather, Kristy, and the receptionist Angela, have all tried to make my friend comfortable which is important to me.

Dr. Berarducci is or 1 of the best doctors that I have seen. He sit down a listens to you. He doesn't rush through his answers to you. He's very very thorough on what he's talking about. And he does a wonderful job. His staff and him are a priceless. I really do appreciate him for everything he does and I actually I look forward to seeing him and that's unusual for a patient to say that but he is very very good doctor and I do like you and I think you very much for having such a doctor like that on a Park View us back. Thank you very much.

I'd really like for the cardiologists to begin seeing patients, again, in Trinidad. Our covid stats are lower than metropolitan areas, and resuming office visits would be tremendous my helpful.

When the medical assistant or nurse comes to the waiting room to call for a patient, it would be helpful if they used first and last names. At this visit I was nearly brought to the wrong doctor. It was only when i clarified my last name did she realize she had the wrong person.

Introduce themselves with their names, tell me their position or part in MY office visit. The second person followed us into the exam room. I didn't know who they were, I had to answer Personal questions about my health & medicines in front of her. What happened to HIPA? There's always New people and I don't like telling all my Sacred/personal health info to so many.

They rescheduled my apartment ... appointment for an earlier time and then when I got there I had to wait later and I was pissed. When I go to doctor, I need to be there on their time. They need to value my time. Whatever. Whatever.

First time at the center. I was quickly greeted and welcomed. Very comfortable waiting area.

I was there at 7:50am for my appointment at 8:20am. In the past before Covid I would arrive at around 7:50am and the doors would be open. This time I tried to open the doors at arrival only to find them locked and no one inside. I figured that the hours of operations had been changed at around 7:55am I noticed that there now was a person behind the counters. At 08:00am several women entered the waiting area I went to try and open the door to enter but they were still locked on woman came to the door and said they would open shortly they were have a "huddle" and would open after the huddle. They did open around 3 or 5 minutes later. Why can't the huddle be held 3 or 4 minutes before 8:00am and not keep patients outside waiting.

Your little lady at the front door needs to be a little more understanding instead of worrying so much about the rules and just listen instead of snapping it people. Did not appreciate it. Secondly. Paul was very good. Only thing is they were medications. He didn't understand that we had to go over again with him, but not his fault. Thank you.

No wait until 24 hours before my appointment to let me know that they would like me there 10 minutes early. Just tell me, when my appointment is set up that my appointment is 10 minutes earlier than what they did. I am getting to the time in my life in which someone will need to drive me. If I do not know I need to be there 10 minutes early ahead of time, then 24 hour notice is inconsiderate of whoever is assisting me. This is true of most providers. THE PARKVIEW GROUP NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS SYSTEM WIDE.

Our wait time was about 25 minutes. It would have been nice to have that shortened, but they did allow us to wait in the car and called us when we could come in and see the doctor. So that was very helpful as well. So everything was really wonderful. Like I said, except for the wait time was a little bit longer than we would have liked. Thank you.

The noise level at the front desk/ patient waiting area was high. With 5 peopl6at the front desk on the phone or talking to patient was alot. Even once I was in a patient care room, that was the only noise that could be heard.

I think scheduling me in as soon as possible was great and being able to spend setting up the echo cardiogram. I do think that I was a little nervous because you did not have my records from the emergency room at the time that I was having my EKG done. That made me feel a little uncomfortable and question whether or not I had come in to early for an appointment. Thank you.

I have been I've been to see Dr. Berarducci for a number of years and I have found them to be very caring and very professional and the staff also the same so I have nothing but good things to say about them and especially about the doctor he's a wonderful caring doctor and I would recommend him to anybody in my family during 21 thank you.

I was never able to get answers to what caused my problem of edema in face and feet and shortness of breath. Where the pressure came from that caused the shortness of breath and yet my lung was clear all that time.

Provider was Exceptional - the only issue we had was checking in - it was not clear that we needed to bring the white paper we were given back up to the check out, so we sat there for a really long time, and then we finally figured out everybody else was going first. So it would be helpful if when you check people in and give them paperwork, to say "when you're finished with this, if you could take this up to the registration desk" - then people would know, because at our last provider you're supposed to not take it to the desk, and just sit there and keep it and they took it when they called you. So I think that's where the confusion lies and it would've been helpful if that was more clear. Thank you.

There was a communications issue involving my phone. They couldn't reach me and cancelled the appointment. I got very angry and lost my temper. I apologized later. I am my only advocate, and sometimes have to stand up for myself.

I was sent to the wrong location. Was told my appointment was in Pueblo but when I arrived there I found out it was in Canon City. The good thing was, they called Canon City and they saw me anyway, even though I was late for my appointment.

I am a person with a disability that I cannot sit in a normal chair and I would definitely appreciate a lobby that has a high chair in it so that I can sit down to I'm really tired of like standing up and all of the wait room and that is what I would suggest that that could be done for an improvement.

Dr. Berarducci always goes out of this way to do anything that we need or he thinks we need we've been seeing him for several years. He's my husband's doctor here in Colorado. He has another cardiologist in Florida, but we're very pleased with Dr. Berarducci. Thank you.

My personal information as incorrect in the computer system. I had to speak to two staff members before I was listened to and the problem was corrected. The staff was very slow to acknowledge any patient for any reason.

I was at the doctor's appointment with Nurse Heather. My daughter and I were both in the room and she did an awesome job, knew everything about my case, before I ever got there. I was extremely amazed and impressed at her quality of work.
