I honestly can't think of anything. I was in and out. The staff and physician were all pleasant and knowledgeable. Really loved the fact that the physician had actually read my chart prior to seeing me.

Dr. Berarducci is a wonderful doctor, and when I try to make an appointment to see him, I will get held out a year. I would be, like it much better if I could see him mainly when I come or, at least, know that I've been able to contact him about my concerns or know that he sees what I'm concerned about. Thank you.

Yes, I was there to see my cardiologist that there was a lady there that was from internal medicine which kind of confuses me. So if that was if it was the other appointment I would have not been confused. I was just confused about that one place.

There was an Internist who came in after the nurse who was "helping out" the doctor. It was not at all helpful to have to explain things twice. Took extra time and we drive a long distance to the doctor. Our time is valuable. Plus she didn't know my history so I had to explain more to her than I would have to my doctor, who has cared for me for 10 years. Although she asked if it was ok for her to do this, we felt we had to say yes, but will likely refuse if it happens in the future. She wasn't rude or anything. Just an unnecessary hassle when seeing my doctor.

Nothing! The whole staff, from the reception person, receiving nurse, Physician's Assistant, Dr. Berarducci, and the appointment person were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. I commend Pueblo Cardiology on excellent staffing and organization.

Dr. Berarducci shared the results of a recent test and established a plan forward to address the need to secure more information to determine a plan for improvement. I left with my wife with a positive mind set and a direction for the future. That cannot be improved upon! Thank you

Not on this visit, Dr. and his staff are excellent!! However, I am needing the stent card for the stent that I received a few months ago for my wallet for MRIs, etc. Pueblo Cardio saved my life and I am very thankful as is my family.

This visit and all my others were all excellent. Dr.Berarducci is a brilliant physician, as well as his ability to communicate is far better than others. He always asks about my family and takes time to address all my concerns, and questions. He is a phenomenal person and truly loves what he does.

I waited quite a while in the lobby even though I arrived early for my appointment. A number of people who came in after me were taken back to an exam room before me. I thought I had been forgotten.

Be more considerate of the patient's time. I was sitting in the examining room for 1 1/4 hours before seeing the doctor while it appeared that he was in the adjoining room working on the new internet/computer system. No one came in to tell me that there would be a delay nor did he or anyone else apologize that I was in that office for 1 hour 45 minutes and saw the doctor for less than 15 minutes.

Well, when I heard the office and it was my turn to be waited on, I heard somebody say, can I help you? And I there was three ladies sitting there and nobody was looking at me and you couldn't tell who it was, it was talking to you. So I said who said that I had to speak about who said that when she could have just stayed looking at me and I didn't know when it was her. But now they say can I help you and they don't make it very personable by looking at you. So they should they should look at you in there talking to you.

Would not change a thing with Doctor Berarducci. He is an excellent Cardiologist! Very attentive, very thorough, always takes what ever time is necessary to inform me and answer questions. I'd be hard pressed to ever find another Cardiologist as good as he is!

It was an exceptional visit and Dr. Berarducci covered the whole body instead of just the cardiology part of it, and he did give us a which we have been searching for for six months. He did an excellent job and he told my husband months ago that he would get to the bottom of this problem, and he would make them well, and he did exactly that, we couldn't be any happier with the visit and the doctor and his caring attitude about each part of your body. Thank you.

Everything that you did was perfect. Very good. All the nurses were excellent. The doctor was real excellent. And the only thing I could say is maybe they are over... over scheduling, possibly. I... this is the only time I've ever been there, so. But it seemed a little bit slow in the full process. I'm not complaining. I'm just saying this because it seemed that way. That's all. Thank you.

You guys were great, did not have to wait that long. Once we saw Dr. B he took the time to go over what we needed to do next, and changed some medication. We felt that he trully listened to us and heard what we were saying That is rare these days, thanks doc we really appreciated that.

I still have not gotten any answers as to how my echocardiogram went. The doctor still has not called me. It may just be because of the holiday. But I would like feedback on how my echocardiogram went, and if I do have excess fluid around my heart or not. That would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah, my blood pressure, the thing they used on me, I don't think it's accurate, because it usually runs 117 to 129, and she measure like, a 200. So anyway, I don't know what the problem was there. I just had it checked, it was 128. So, other than that, it was good people to deal with. Thank you.
