Nothing at all. Great experience!
September 29, 2021
Yes, I arrived a bit late, not exorbitantly, and Linda Truong was already on with another patient and couldn't see me, but her staff did a wonderful job getting all my information that you asked for updated, and I didn't have because I never got the, the questionnaire. So the staff was great. I never did see Dr. Truong. Thank you.

Can't think of anything to improve. They were even able to take my blood for checking hormone levels.

But I was disappointed because I thought I thought you were checked my eyes because every other diabetic doctor has always check my eyes because I figured I know that diabetes sometimes starts in your eyes, and I think it's very important that they, I mean, when I suppose by check, if a bother diabetic doctor that was one thing. He always checked because I've had trouble with my vision for sometime. If it went to bend that the doctor checked them. I probably lost my eyesight. So I was a little disappointed that she says she doesn't know anything about checking the eyes not. I was very disappointed with that. Thank you.

When calling and leaving a message they need to not talk so fast when talking so I can understand who is calling and leaving the information that needs to be done. Took me 5 different times to get the message straight on what needed to be done because they spoke to fast.

Dr. Linda Truong was great. I mean, she understood. I just come out of a nursing home and she understood that they didn't use a sliding scale and had no idea why any more than I did, why they would just use a flat number of insulin amounts because that made me go high and low and mostly low. But anyway, she had a good understanding of that and I've really enjoyed being one of her patient's since about a year ago, okay. Thank you.

Cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved on; I appreciate Dr. Truong and her staff.

To most improve my visit, it would have been helpful to have had imaging, not just the written reports. If I had been told to bring a disk containing this information, I would have.

I wish I wasn't treated as a "standard of care" like a cookie cutter patient. I am an individual and I may need very individualized care. I sometimes feel like I vocalize symptoms that I struggle with and they are dismissed. I want to know what options are available that may be outside the box not just the "standard treatment"., I just feel like there is no variance to the standard. Like the whole medical field is now only the standard and I must fit into that....or I won't get the correct treatment.

Explain the virtual visit procedure more completely. Our church has Zoom services, otherwise I would have been completely lost.
April 13, 2021
Not a thing, everyone and there process behind it was wonderful!
April 13, 2021
The staff is aloof and unfriendly. I'm not sure they hear through masks and separation panels.

as for the dr she seemed as though she wasn't listening to me just what she wanted so I just shut up and agreed with her what she was saying maybe next month will get mutual agreement

Nothing Dr Truong is great
February 25, 2021
I wish I would have known that my glucose readings could have been downloaded at the office. I had typed them out. I should have asked for my glucose readings to be downloaded for Dr. Truong which would have been easier for her to read and review. Now I know and won't waste my time trying to type them out. Yay!! :o)

They help me feel more comfortable asking, ask questions overall health. There were other things to help me feel more comfortable with her. I don't know. Thank you. I can't think of anything else right now. My memory and my head's not good. I got a terrible headache today. Sorry.
