Dr. Natalie Mosley attended Missouri Southern State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Biology and graduated Cum Laude. She then pursued medical school at Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences. Following medical school, she completed a rigorous residency program in Urology at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia, where she learned advanced methods of diagnosing and treating conditions of the urological system, as well as, the most advanced techniques in minimally invasive robotic surgery. 

When not attending to her patients, Dr. Mosley enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. They have adventurous spirits and have enjoyed exploring Colorado since moving here in July 2015.

I came in with an infection and she gave me a solution, but I didn't know the questions to ask. And so now I'm full of questions because It's such a complex situation.

I been with Dr. Mosley for about 6 years. Pretty trying times difficult times, you know, sickness and and now I feel great. My PSA is great and but I'm moving out of state so I informed her that I would have to find you another urologist in California, which made us both sad, but I love the time with her and then God blessed me and then God bless her for the for a future. Thank you.

you the role adjusted requires a given sample. And most of us go to a urologist have trouble voiding uterine. so we can plan ahead and in my case it's unpredictable so I wish they could be away when I checked in if my appointment is flagged I can start working on a urine sample. Then wait whatever it takes to see the doctor. Sometimes it takes 10 - 15 min. to collect enough specimen. And sometimes I'm dying physically holding myself to keep from urinating in my diaper. So if I can get this done right at the very beginning it would make things easier on me. All that in mind Dr. Mosley is the most considerate professional medical provider I have ever visited. As a male I'm very sensitive to these issues and Dr. Mosley has a special gift of understanding and communicating without making me feel awkward or embarrassed. My sincerest thanks to her.

I was certainly conscious that this office is a very busy place, and that there was a scheduled appointment twenty minutes following my appointment time. That said, I'm sure that the office is doing as well as it can, and Dr. Mosley never made me feel rushed.

Make the call shorter to the actual visit with the doctor. The wait time on the telephone was excessive, more than 30 minutes before the doctor actually got on the phone.

I had to wait for 50 minutes in the exam room before Dr. Moseley came in. I was ready to leave when I saw Dr. Moseley at a desk typing. I like Dr. Moseley as my physician but do not like to wait a long period of time before being seen.

Everyone on the staff was very competent and answered my questions and my concerns, however they were running over 45 minutes late, that is my only complaint.

It's not that complaint but it's just awfully hard to get an appointment with her. She is so popular and it's just difficult to get an appointment sometimes.

As a fist time patient with a urinary issue, it took a Long time to get in. I called in mid Jan and only apt was April 12th. Thankfully my symptoms stopped approx Feb 20 or so.

Hard to think of anything. Dr. Mosley is a 'super great' doctor. Explained things in 'layman's terms' to make it understandable to make decisions and/or comment. I find her intelligent, professional and still a 'down to earth' person. Top stars from me.

I can't think of anything specific, staff was very efficient in performing duties. Driving up from Trinidad and back same day, just wish the checkup process could have lasted a bit longer although all my questions were answered. Hope the med prescribed for me solves my minor problem.

I was having breathing problems, but the doctor would not allow me to take off the mask. I don't believe in wearing the masks, and I don't think it should be mandatory!!

Yes, I rated Dr. Mosley a 10, because that I feel she's very-extremely knowledgeable, she's very friendly. I don't feel, I didn't feel that she was rushing me. And another really important thing is, when I talked to her it was it was obvious that she has read my chart and was was and had informed herself what I was taking and why I was taking it in terms of my medication. And she's just she's easy to talk to and I would very definitely refer any of my friends or family to her because she's extremely competent and a very very wonderful person. Thank you.

Not at all your fault, but there was no medical history related to UTI is available to base our conversation on. That data was definitely sent to Parkview, somewhere... They wouldn't allow me to make the appointment without having those faxed from my provider. Other than that, everything was great!

Have the Dr to actually listen to her patients. If we become unhappy with a situation that had occurred in her office and she just blew us off. This is unacceptable. Us patients are the ones who makes the money for her.

I enjoyed every, I appreciated everything that Dr. Mosley told me. I just wish that my MRI would have been sooner than February 1st. Other than that I was very pleased with everything. She said she made a lot of sense and she made me feel so much better about what I was going through. She made me understand what I was going to why I was going through it and all the medication that did nothing for me. Thanks again for everything. Thanks. Bye.

You were able to get an authorization from the VA. with my old doc authorization at expired and you were able to get that new authorization within a half hour. Thank you.

The timing was good and the answers to my questions was quite acceptable and understandable. Dr. Mosley would make a good geriatric person. We, seniors, need more of that kind of response.

Would be nice to have a curtain in room where procedures are completed. Staff were in and out at times while I was exposed and undressed on table and only covered by drape. Not very pleasant. They apologized and said they've put in request for curtain but it hasn't happened yet. This needs to be addressed ASAP! For patient comfort and satisfaction!!

I think the wait time is what got me not so much they didn't get me back. It didn't take long to get me back to the room, but it did take quite a while for the doctor to go in to see me. I think the wait time hopefully which should be less.

Nothing I can think of with the urologist. However, providing the paperwork by e-mail before I showed up was requested, but denied. I suggest coming up to the 21st Century. Providing paperwork by e-mail-where such is possible-would (1) expedite in-processing and (2) make it easier for care-givers to read. My handwriting is atrocious. If careers were decided on handwriting skills, I'd be a world-famous brain surgeon. With a PDF document sent to me that I could fill out and hand-carry to the appointment, things would be better for all parties concerned. Doctors offices in C'Springs allow for this approach to coming to their office. Why does Pueblo lag behind in ease of operation?

I believe you could improve your services by getting patients in sooner and not having them wait so long for appointments. I understand you're very busy. But when somebody is suffering in pain, I would be great if you could get us in sooner. Also, I have Lab work or actually urine test done at my other doctor's office, which were sent to Dr. Mosley's office already and and the same test were repeated at doctor once I got to Dr. Mosley the office again, and I wasn't sure why the different tests were required of me from my previous doctor's office when only one is necessary. So I just didn't understand that and I don't know why the test was repeated Once I arrived at Dr. Mosley's office when she already had the results from that same urine test

There is nothing about my visit that would need improvements. I moved to pueblo a little over two years ago, and this doctor and her staff are the first positive medical experience I have had since moving here!! I appreciated their competence and compassion more than any words could express.
