Dr. Paula Dionisio, a Pueblo native and graduate of Central High School, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 3 years before attending Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Dionisio then completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at the esteemed Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Dionisio specializes in colon cancer screening, liver disease, and all gastrointestinal disorders, including reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and Celiac Sprue, and provides a wide variety of non-invasive treatments.

You could've exam me lying down on table. Instead of pressing on my stomach, I was sitting up didn't even press on the area that was hurt. So they can improve in that area as far as the friendliness now that everyone was very nice.

You could improve the wait time for your patients. I got back in the room and I still waited probably a good 40 minutes or so before I saw the doctor.

I waited in the exam room for over an hour before the doctor saw me and then she only spent 5 minutes with me. Not a good experience.

I was left waiting in the room for 35 to 40 minutes. And I've waited another 15 minutes, to 20 minutes, so they scheduled to come in and schedule a procedure.

Scheduling the appointment was almost impossible. It took several months to hear from anyone. I was glad this was a routine procedure for me because if I felt I was having health problems I would have been very distraught that it took so long

The doctor seemed in a hurry and rush and was dismissive with the questions I had for her. I was truly disappointed because I had heard she was very had a very good bed side manner but I didn't find that that day. Thank you.

I made the rating I did because my first appointment was canceled and I had to wait an extra 4 weeks to get my second appointment, so that delayed my colonoscopy by a full month.

I would definitely try to improve the wait time for the doctor once in the patient room. I waited approximately 45 minutes in the patient room after her nurse went over all my information. I understand the doctor is very busy, however this was a bit to long to be waiting to be visited by the doctor for a whole 5 minutes. I spent more time with the scheduler setting up my future procedure. Wait time is definitely something that needs improvement.

Get the Phone answering system to work right! Assistants, scheduling, Getting help is TERRIBLE with the existing phone system.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly. She was having issues with the computer and she showed her frustration. The nursing staff was great.

Dr. Dionisio had no idea how to take care of my problem or anything. She said, just keep taking the caster oil and that's about it.

The only issues I had was trying to get a follow up testing done there at Parkview. And it's MRI and BMP. I've been waiting for scheduling for over a month and still do not have an appointment scheduled. Which concerns me because I have a cyst on my pancreas. So that would... that would be one thing I'd like to see improved. Other than that, I was happy with Dr. Dionisio. Thank you.

Yes, I was on time and they gave me paperwork to fill out. But I did not have time to complete it. They had me come into the office before I could fill out the paperwork. Good day.

Hi, I have been a patient of Dr. Dionisio for... I think around 8 years now, I love this doctor. She explained everything to me. She, she knows my medical history. I just love her. She is a wonderful, wonderful GI. I don't think I'd be living if it if I wasn't seeing her.

The whole experience was very good with Dr. Dionisio and I feel confident in her, the doctor. The only problem I had in the whole thing yesterday I had to spend a lot of time trying to get the prep and and I was trying to get through that the place where the prescription has been sent to CVS Pharmacy at Target didn't have it on hand, and they can't, they're having trouble getting it. They can't get it. So, I was trying to get the prescription change to Walgreens up in Pueblo West and it just was very frustrating. First of all, getting a prescription from one Pharmacy, to another was very laborious

The one thing that could have been done better was to have actually kept the appointment. This appointment was not to physically go in to the doctor's office. It was supposed to be a phone call visit with the doctor. I don't know where the lack of communication occurred, but I never received my phone call from the doctor, after waiting the entire day for it. Nor, did I ever receive a call from the office stating that my phone appointment needed to be rescheduled.

I was appreciative of the fact that they realize that I...due to covid and all that, and being 2 hours away and making a 4 hour trip. That they did it over the phone, the nurses contacted me. One day the doctor was very prompt in the time that she said that she would call to give a time frame and she actually was...right on the target of the...of the...in between times. She...they said she called me between 8:30 and 9. She called me right around 8:30. Respected my time answered the questions and had some...concerns on some things I told her and wanted to address them. And I just felt it was very compassionate that they respected me and my time and my work time.

I was expecting to get a bowel check and I did not get that. I was supposed to have a lower GI series done, and it did not happen. They're going to call me when they're able to perform the service. I assume they will, but I don't expect it. Thank you very much. Goodbye.

The doctor was with me less than two minutes, did not ask me any health questions or any real concerns. I had to tell her why I was there without any prompting from her. I felt like I had been blown off. She acted like she could care less about my health issues. She came in like royalty and blew out like she was so special and I was so insignificant. What a pity! I will not go back to her.

Dr said she didn't know why I was referred to her, that I should have been referred to a surgeon for my problem with small bowel obstruction hospital follow-up. Then she couldn't find my paperwork for the visit, had to leave the room to get a copy from somewhere else. The paperwork clearly said "Refer to Gastroenerologist in 6 mos for follow up. I contacted dr's office a month ago or more for the appt, they knew it was for a small bowel blockage. Why did they make the appt if she doesn't handle that problem? I had to pay a $50 co-pays to be told I was in the wrong place? When you barely get by on social security,$50 is a lot of money to pay for nothing!

I think the staff was very, very personable, except for the lady up front. She doesn't talk to you, she doesn't say anything. But other than that, I have no complaints.
