There is nothing that could have been better. Doctor remembered me from 3 years ago and made me feel so comfortable. I trust him very much with my treatment he is giving me.

The only thing that I would have wanted was to get an appointment more quickly, I realize they are incredibly busy and they were absolute wonderful. It was a first time experience with this doctor and it was wonderful all the way around. I just wish I could have gotten in sooner.

Well, I believe I was treated very respectfully and your staff there are very very courteous and do care about the patients. I mention to the fact that I appreciate them for what they do. Because it is not said enough. I would like to say that. I appreciate them. And what they do to help other people. They're like God's angels. Because they chose to help

Don't write a patient off. because that patient is overweight, there may be legitimate pain, and concerns that are not viewed as serious, because people are biased. Someone comes in for help, and is met by rejection, after rejection because of this matter, and only met with a shrug and usually a statement like, "you just gotta lose the weight" or "This happens when your overweight" or "You kinda did this to yourself." followed by "There's nothing i can do for you" more compassion for someone suffering.
