March 30, 2021
There's always room for improvement overall they did a very good job on my follow up visit at the doctor's office at the 500 B Suite. In the hospital things were quite overwhelming though. So it was a lot more confusing then.

Everything went well,
March 24, 2021
Full attention. Paid attention to me.
March 24, 2021
Waiting time between seeing the nurse and when I saw the doctor was close to half an hour . I realize there may be many unexpected delays and reasons for this so not complaining just stating a fact about the wait times . I really like my doctor and he is very nice .
March 22, 2021
Have more offices operate as efficiently and as pleasant as they always are . Very nice and friendly.
February 25, 2021
Everything was good.
February 22, 2021
The receptionists weren't very friendly.
February 17, 2021
I can't think of anything that could have made my visit better.

November 04, 2020
Nothing, it was great!
November 04, 2020
everything was good.
November 03, 2020
experience was okay
November 02, 2020
All he was worried about is if I didn't have my mask on up above my - straight up to my eyes before he would even come into the room. I'm hard of hearing and I couldn't hear anything he said with his mouth covered - very little. So your nurse was a tattletale because I told her to remove her remover mask so I could hear what she was saying. Bye.
October 29, 2020
Nothing. Very nice doctor.
October 29, 2020
You guys are great!~!
October 28, 2020
I was really satisfied with my visit.
October 05, 2020
It was as good as possible in these times were in.
October 02, 2020
Don't try to put me in a PC box and don't be so focused on the mask. He was more concerned about the mask then me. Never told me if I have a problem just said I needed a stress test.
September 30, 2020
Nothing! thanks
September 29, 2020
All was good
September 15, 2020

Dr Vashistha has been the most considerate,Knowledgeable and caring Doctor that I have ever dealt with.I would recommend him to all my family and Friends
September 11, 2020
I was very impressed with how the doctor seem to remember my case even though it been three years since you saw me and I was impressed with a friendly the staff was and efficient. The only thing I would recommend is the the courtesy call ahead of time to remind people of appointments. Thank you.

Dr. V is a great doctor.
August 25, 2020
After trying to be honest with my doctor with my medical marijuana use, I was preached at about how he wouldn't help me unless I stopped. I felt like he did not listen to my symptoms or take them seriously. I was told to see a psychiatrist and, without seeing my stress test which initially gave red flags to my GP, that my heart was fine. I understand a doctor must tell you all the risks, but to preach to someone and tell them you will not help them is traumatizing. It is hard enough to get yourself help, the people helping should not be putting you down.

I felt like Dr. Vashistha really didn't listen to me during my visit. He kind of seemed to want to rush me out of there just kind of covered my health history and some of the stuff that had been done a little bit about medications and adjustments there and I came there to communicate to him some very serious feelings I was having and was asked him to I wanted to get some assurance that I was okay and healthy and he just told me I needed bariatric surgery basically and kick me out the door. That's the way I felt about the whole visit.
August 05, 2020
Nothing I can think of. I was glad to see everyone wearing masks and following covid protocol.

The staff and the center were great. I saw Dr. Vashistha. He was articulate and informative. He also seemed quite dismissive of what I had to say. I was told 35 years ago I had a mitral valve prolapse. He said back in those days they pretty much told everyone that and I probably really didn't have one. He asked about heart procedures and I said I had a cardiac cath. He said that doesn't show a mitral valve prolapse. (I have also had 3 echo cardiograms and was told I did have a mitral valve prolapse). He ordered a echo cardiogram and a stress test. I am highly allergic to tape and adhesive so we ruled out the 30 day monitor. He said we would do the tests and to see him in 3 months. He said I could take the Antenolol I have a prescription for. I asked what dosage and how often. He said to take the 25mg I have once a day. He said he can't tell what happened to me without seeing something concrete...like on paper. He did tell me he didn't think it was anything serious if that helped me feel better. I wish I had been able to think on my feet better and ask more questions, but I was quite taken aback having a Dr. tell me that something I thought I had for 35 years...I probably didn't. I would like to continue with Pueblo Cardiology with a visit in the suggested 3 months but maybe I could see someone else. Dr. Vashistha was nice and pleasant enough but again...he seemed dismissive of my concerns.

everything was done very profesonly, thank you all and god bless every one. thanks again
July 27, 2020
Excellent service!
July 27, 2020
I had to wait 30 minutes after my appt time. That is too long.
July 24, 2020
My doctor was happy about my progress so am I.
July 22, 2020
I had to wait an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time.
July 22, 2020
I've been a patient of Dr. Vashistha for several years and have great respect for his medical skills. He listens carefully to what I have to say and is a good communicator. I trust him completely and feel safe with the decisions made together. Also, his staff is amazing! They made sure I could be seen a few days after my hospital discharge. Very helpful and friendly.
July 14, 2020
Everything was done just the way should have been done. I'm really pleased. Thank you. I appreciate it.
July 01, 2020
I have copd and its hard for me to ware a mask I was forced to. this made me very uncomfortable
June 29, 2020
Staff and drs need to slow down the speech a little and look at you instead of the computer screen when asking questions. You have masks on and most people over 70 have hearing aides Talking too fast and not looking at your makes it difficult to know what you are saying
June 18, 2020
Yes, good morning the staff when you enter the facility are attentive they would on you right away asked and you know give you your paperwork or documents and ask you to wait. When I called upon their very friendly and and kind and so that that means a whole lot. It means a difference when you first come into a facility and been waiting on but the staff was very professional and attentive. Thank you.
June 18, 2020
I have no complaints at all.
June 15, 2020
I am very satisfied I have a good Doctor
June 11, 2020
I was completely satisfied.Thanks
June 10, 2020
The doctor was extremely rude and disrespectful. The nurses and clinical staff were absolutely amazing and did everything to help myself with my current situation. The doctor was making me feel as if I was incompetent after having a heart attack with a catheter and stent placed. He was unable to listen to me and treated myself as though I was unworthy of his time. He as a provider made myself question what I must have done to him to make him treat me so poorly.
June 05, 2020
The doctor told us what he didn't believe the heart problems were caused by, but didn't tell us what he did think the problems were caused by. Patients are looking for causes and solutions.
May 29, 2020
Provider was in a rush. Didn't even spend 5 minutes with me. Asked specific questions about a cough and never addressed it. Felt like he couldn't get out of the room fast enough, very rushed. Seemed unconcerned.
May 20, 2020
Being prompt and timely to appointment times.
April 20, 2020
Would have put my mind at ease to receive the zoom video invite the day before instead of 1 1/2hours before visit.
