Dr. Rickland Likes, a Colorado native, received his medical education from the University of New England, followed by an internship and orthopedic residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, learning the latest techniques in joint replacement, fracture care, and minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Likes also completed an orthopedic sports medicine and shoulder Fellowship at the prestigious Ohio State University.  With extensive training in athletic injuries and shoulder reconstructive surgery, Dr. Likes is skilled at treating athletes of all ages and levels.

They did all they can when went in they made me feel welcomed and helpful. What else do you need to know? They were friendly. I enjoyed going there. They listened to what was wrong with me, my knees.

The office staff and Dr. Likes have their customer service down to a T! Regardless of the stress that is put on this office by its patients, they're always ready and willing to assist their patients! Whether it be rescheduling appointments or listening to concerned and or frustrated patients! They are always caring and ready to work!

It would've been nice. If, when I gave you, my FMLA paperwork, if you had offered to fax that yourselves. I didn't realize there was a fax auction and it was really hard, trying to come back in there and pick up the paperwork, and then figure out a way to get it to the insurance. Actually my yeah, from my provider. If you guys, it would have been really great if you had volunteered to do that for me and sent it and not even had me come in and pick up it would have been a big help. Thank you.

You could most improve by having more of a system...and a better system to be able to get in the patients in a timely manner that is good for the patient and their schedule, because it took a long time to do that. And also, the people at the front desk didn't know what they were doing. When we got there, and we had to come back after the appointment to get everything fixed.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but the receptionist at the check in have...she doesn't have a bed side manner, and this is twice. You know, where...where I didn't have the medical card that she's already got, and she was a little abrasive about it. Just maybe a little nicer, would be nice?

Absolutely nothing, from the time I walked in to the time I left this entire office was great! Doctor Likes provided really great one on one time, listened to what I had to say. First time visit and the staff and doctor absolutely great!!!

I think they take too long to come and give me a shot. It just took a little too long. I mean, I get an appointment and should be quicker on that appointment. You know. That's about it. Everything else was okay. Bye.

I came in for a hip leg injury, but my rheumatologist just wanted to get x-rays of my hip, but didn't understand that my leg and foot are the ones of pain and when I brought it up, he could not explain or go further to even examine my foot in the office. So, I was really unhappy. Bye.

Doctors need to spend more time with patients, and you need to stop that division in which one doctor doesn't know what the other one does, and everything is so bureocratic. Dr. Likes did surgery on me and I have barely spoken to him, like you make him and your other doctors gods. Considering the money they make, they should work more.

I had a 8am appt I got there at the respectable 10min prior to appt to check in and there was no one at the desk. Reception area still dark no lights on. If there not going to be there than dont say it's a 8am appt....not impressed with front desk

They double and triple booked appointments. So my 10am appt ended up being a 1045 appt and I had my 17month old with me. Because of this, I had to move my schedule around.

I had to wait to see the doctor about an hour, which was way too long for what we had to cover. It's actually way too long or anybody visiting a doctor, to wait an hour to see them.

I went in there to talk to doc about about my knees. And we didn't talk about knee replacement. We talked about the cortisone shot, but the doctor didn't really give me any information or recommendation on what I should do or how I should go about it. And I told him my pain level is pretty high but he mostly just listened. And I would have referred that preferred that he would have spent more quality time explaining to me if surgery is needed or what type of shots are needed. And he didn't spend enough time with me on explaining anything to me. I wish I had more of an explanation on my condition and what my options are.
