Not a thing.

Stand alone temperature taking device (to make sure that you don't have a fever) was a bit confusing to use when you first come into the office. I was not the only one to have trouble using the device. Other than that everything went well.

My visit went perfectly.

The office staff is usually very nice and helpful. This visit the appointment was running more than a 1/2 hour behind and that messed up my day with other appointments as well as work.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Likes and his office staff. I have no complaints.

Yes, I had problem with the clinical staff on my insurance. I was never asked if I had a referral I just assumed since someone made my appointment for that day from the hospital, but that was taken care of Dr. Likes did not do my surgery and therefore I don't know if this staff thought he had I don't know but no one out of two visits asked me about insurance and I asked if I had a copay and they said no no money passes for 90 days and so therefore I didn't have a referral and I'm going to end up having to pay for these visits and I'm very unhappy about it. So clinical staff needs to talk to the patient more about insurance problems.

Not such a long time in the waiting room. An hour is way too long.

Confusing results and too many opinions on what to do for my situation

There are no ways for the staff or clinic to improve, they were very busy at this time of year which is understandable.

I think the visit yesterday was very good. I have never experienced anything like that. Very professional, very well done. I was very pleased.

It would have been easier to have filled out all my medical info on an iPad rather than old fashioned paper. There were a lot of pages and it was very difficult to write with my non dominant hand because of my injury but I can type.

The doctor that the whole staff could have known more about after care surgical after care doctor didn't seem to know much about after care. I wasn't the staff didn't seem to be so they could have done better with that. Okay done. I'm done.

10 i had very good care

Long wait to get registered, which I know Covid 19 has delayed normal operations.

Dr. Likes, is a okay doctor. But he didn't go over my x-rays with me to let me know how bad my left shoulder was. All he offered was to give me a cortisone shot which I took and I think he could listen to me a little more and let me know what go on in the future. I told him I was going to have surgery which is tomorrow for a pain pump revision. But anyhow, he could have did a better visit with me. That's my opinion.

The receptionist was amazing. She really tried to help me with some issues that occurred. I felt she really went out of her way. Also the staff waited for me to try resolve my issue didn't make me reschedule so I really appreciate what they did. The doctor was also great he listened to what I had to say.

The clinical staff and the doctor are highly knowledgeable in what I have going on and there is nothing that they could have done to make it easier or more informational or anything for me. They were perfect.

Overall, everything was really good. That office is kind of a notorious for being stingy with the pain medications and what not I only got 5 milligrams of the hydrocodone, my girlfriend got a broken rib, and she got 10 milligrams every 4 times a day and I can only take 1 5 milligram tablet once a day and I'm in brittle pain so more meds would have been great, but other than that, everything was good.

Be able to schedule my surgery sooner than 6 wks out or more.

Parkview Ortho is an excellent office from staff to providers. I am a nurse practitioner in town and I refer patients to Parkview knowing they will get excellent care.

The receptionist seemed a little impatient with me when I couldn't find my card immediately and the fact that I didn't have my glasses so it's made things difficult to read. I found my glasses and I ultimately found my card.

Get a radiologist in the office so that you can do injections in the office. I travel over 200 miles round-trip and I have normally have to schedule a SECOND appointment for injections (meaning a second trip).

Wait time before getting in was almost one-hour.

Less time in the waiting room during COVID.

I just wanted to thank the staff for being able to get me in especially since I had a very tough situation with my son that was in the hospital there and they worked with me really well and got me into the for my follow up visit and especially the the girls out front and then Dr. Likes was the exceptionally well, thank you.

Hello, everyone was wonderful. Everyone was efficient. I really like Dr. Likes. He's very nice. The only thing I would suggest is that the doctor be more familiar with the critical things for the visit, such as my MRI history, which he could have gotten from Dr. Van Mannon. I'm disappointed that he didn't dive into my records from Dr. Van Mannon, that I feel like I have to, you know, talk to him from scratch as if he knew nothing about me. I don't like that. I mean there's plenty of medical records for me, and there's a doctor that referred me. He could have gotten those records and he had plenty of time to get them. So that's what I would have liked to have seen. Thank you. Bye.

Overall, I had a very good experience. My only complaint was the push back I got from requesting that my wife be able to come back with me. I understand that the COVID issue is a problem, but if a person wants to bring their spouse back that should be understood.

Shorter wait time in lobby

I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen after I was taken to the exam room.

The doctor should probably read about the patient before seeing them, because the doctor seemed like he didn't remember anything at all about my situation about my knee. We had talked about in January having knee surgery and when I saw him, it was like totally the opposite - didn't even know that I had an MRI. So Staff should know more about the patient, read the patient's history on their file, and know about them before even going in to see them.

During my visit the computers were down so the doctor really wasn't able to look up my information or my test results for my MRI and stuff like that. So, but that's just technical issues and that's it. Thanks.
