About Rupal Chavda

Dr. Rupal Chavda is a Board Certified Rheumatologist. She treats a wide range of Rheumatology conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, autoimmune diseases, lupus, and vasculitis. Prior to moving to Pueblo to begin her practice with Parkview Medical Group, she worked as a Rheumatologist in Chicago, Illinois, where she also completed her Fellowship training in Rheumatology. She is thorough and focused on helping her patients achieve success in their treatment plans.

In her free time, Dr. Chavda enjoys spending time with her husband who is also a physician, practicing yoga, and visiting family in Chicago.

It was one hour and 45 minutes from the time I walked into the office until I saw the provider. She was very unapologetic about the length of time it took. Told me if I feel well enough in 6 months don't bother making another appointment. I will definitely not be making another appointment with this provider.

I had to wait for about an hour to see the doctor but she apologized and explained why she was running so late. Her scribe's father passed away and so she was doing everything herself.

It was a long wait from my appointment time to when I was seen by the Dr. Cut down on the wait time. My original appointment was at 11:30 the day before it was changed to 11:45 and I didn't see the Dr. until well after 12:30.

I waited over an hour and a half just to be seen. This was also after being called the day before by then and having to change my time at the last minute. Staff was also not honest with others as they came in and told them they were only a few minutes behind, which I thought was low integrity. I did, however like the doctor.

WHEN THE DOCTOR ENTERED THE EXAMINATION ROOM, SHE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY A PERSON WHO I THINK TOOK NOTES. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IT IF THAT PERSON HAD INTRODUCED HERSELF.

So very well was the politeness and respect of the staff and then Dr. Chavda spent ample time with me, the thing that could be done. Better is kind of attention to detail after I changed my Pharmacy then I got a notification that things were sent to a completely different Pharmacy. So just that attention to detail. Thank you.

I very much enjoyed Dr. Chavda when we were there, although it took, I don't know if 6 to 8 weeks to get the appointment and I just think that's too long. There needs to be some sort of I don't know, some some way of getting in in getting an appointment earlier, that would help immensely.

I sat for over an hour after my appointment was scheduled. I felt because she was running behind she had to rush a little bit and talk quickly. Wasn't able to go through everything I wanted to. So I will just probably not really deal with what I needed to there.

The woman who was the assistant and doing the recording of the notes was not introduced. As I checked the patient portal, she entered some information that was not correct.

it was a little late but Dr. Chavda spends enough time as necessary with her patients, i'm sure that was the cause. had issues with blood work sent to labcorp from trinidad, did same test at parkview had results next day.

She would cut me off when I would begin to talk. Kept asking what else? Then cut me off. I left the parking lot in tears because I've been sick for 5 months and left with only more questions. It's been 3 weeks, my test results have been in but no feedback despite my sending a message asking for it. I felt like I was wasting HER time and she was 40 minutes late to my appointment. Not how you treat people.

Honestly I had a very good experience. I have been blessed to have good health until now and I was very nervous to see a doctor but everyone said Dr. Chavda was very nice and would help me. I was not disappointed she was amazing and the nurses were all awesome it made my day. Everyone did a fantastic job and was very professional.

DR should listen to answer when she asks a question instead of just talking over me and not even hearing me. The DR was very short with me and did not give me any time to ask questions and speak. I felt rushed and that the DR was indifferent to my health issues.

My appointment was for 10:15; I wasn't seen until 10:50. I stepped out to make sure they remembered I was waiting. If the doc was running behind, it would have been nice to have been told that. I was frustrated and disappointed.

Dr. Chavda said, I would be setup for a Lung procedure. Still have not heard a thing on this. I did call 3 or 4 weeks ago and the gal who answered said, she would forward the message to a nurse. I still have not heard a thing.

I did not feel heard at all. There were no tangible solutions or ideas given to me regarding how to heal my body. Every time I asked for these I was met by a simple comment of "lead a healthy lifestyle" or... "try yoga". I do both of these things and continually asked for specifics on how I can improve my lifestyle and got the same comments as previously stated. I do not feel like my health was advocated for in this space. I did not feel heard. Truly this experience was horrible. Not enough bad things to say.

I have had trouble with communication between Parkview Rheumatology and Labcorp for lab work. They say the systems are electronically linked and should be easily transmitted. Parkview staff say the fax didn't go through. I had three attempts to get the order to Labcorp. Finally, a staff member followed up on the request to ensure it went through. There seems to be a systemic issue here.

Nothing! They did a perfect job! They listened to me the last visit and they set up a treatment plan including physical therapy. I have improved greatly following their plan. I highly recommend Dr. Chavda and her staff. I even discussed with another physician, the quality of care from Dr. Chavda's office.

I was a new patient and I was asked about all my symptoms by the MA then I was asked the identical questions by an intern by the time I saw the Dr she didn't ask me any questions. I left not understanding what my diagnosis was based on and not comfortable with her plan of care. I have left messages all week to speak to someone to try to understand my 1st and only visit. No one has returned my call.

My appointment was at 11:00. I didn't get in to see the doctor until 12:15. There is a note on her receptions desk said, if you are late... the patient is 5 minutes late. They have to reschedule. How about the doctor seeing you on your appointed time or within 15/20 minutes?

During my last two visits the provider didn't seem to listen and disregarded what I had to say or concerned about. Her notes from last visit were inaccurate, she forgot she made med changes and indicated she didn't have specific records I indicating led to her med change. Another individual was able to find the records yet she wasn't validating or empathetic to insinuating I was wrong.

They have messed up my appointments the last three times, and I'm not very happy with that. I show up on my appointment time is and they tell me it's not til the next day when I get a reminder, in a text message telling me when it is and they still say no that wasn't right now. They've done this to me before and I don't like it.

The visit was fine what I didn't like what my appointment was at 3:00. I didn't get in to see the doctor for an hour and 20 minutes. so, they were they had you sitting 4 hour, 20 minutes. so, their office or somebody we really drop the ball on scheduling.
