Dr. Rupal Chavda is a Board Certified Rheumatologist. She treats a wide range of Rheumatology conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, autoimmune diseases, lupus, and vasculitis. Prior to moving to Pueblo to begin her practice with Parkview Medical Group, she worked as a Rheumatologist in Chicago, Illinois, where she also completed her Fellowship training in Rheumatology. She is thorough and focused on helping her patients achieve success in their treatment plans.

In her free time, Dr. Chavda enjoys spending time with her husband who is also a physician, practicing yoga, and visiting family in Chicago.

Very difficult and frustrating to try and understand medical professionals when they wear masks. Clear face shields might be a better alternative when providers have a strong accent so patients can see their mouth for visual cues

I did not feel the Provider was hearing my concerns. And office staff ordered every single medication on my file, when several of them have been discontinued for a very long time. This caused me to have to call the express mail order pharmacy long wait times to get them removed.

1.5 hours behind schedule. Then,had the oddity to look at her watch before we felt comfortable with what little information that was provided. The only thing I know for sure,is i left knowing i had a bunch more pills to take. This may not be a big deal to her,but it certainly Is to me

I have an appointment set for 1 o'clock. I got there at 12:40. Full out my paperwork as taken back right away. I sat in the in the room, waiting for the doctor to come in for about an hour. Maybe longer. The doctor came in to visit was extremely short. Nothing was resolved, and the and I paid $60 for that visit. That's not a good, good representation. All your paperwork, says it it we're 1 minute or 2 minutes late. You're going to cancel our appointment. We have to reschedule that. The doctor can wait

I have mobility issues and using the low toilet in the Greenwood Building was a nightmare. For a medical building to not have handicap features just boggles the mind! I was happy with the doctor but not the facility!

The doctor was great. The girl, whoever does the prescription refills or sends in the prescriptions did not pay attention when I told her, who the, who my drug program was. She sent it to the wrong drug program, and I had to deal with it from there.

The doctor wanted a full blood screen done prior to my visit - done, appt scheduled (was about 2 months out). Prior to that, got a call the she would not be in the office that day, had to re-schedule another 2 months or so out. Then the week before that appt was due I got a call - same thing, doctor would not be in the office that day, but there were 2 openings the morning of the call, at 9:15 or 10:45. Since the call came at just after 8:30 there was no way I could make a 9:15 so took the later one, barely made it. As it turned out, my blood work had been ok - no severe rheumatoid arthritis- my hands were checked briefly, heart listened to, told to come back in a year. I made an appt but do not think I will be keeping it. Poor management on the doctor's part, in my opinion, when so many appts have to be re-scheduled.

The main thing I have problems with is once I filled out my paperwork, and got into the room. I still waited more than an hour before the doctor came in. The wait was a little bit too long for me. I had other things that needed to be done.

Hmmm....maybe at the end, the Dr. should communicate with the front desk about what the next steps were to be. The front desk lady had to catch me on the way out to see if I needed to schedule my next appt.

Has nothing to do with visit with doctor....has to do with restroom down the hall...the toilet seat was so low I could not get up off it without first I thought I had entered a children's was at least 3 inches below norm...a handicapped bathroom should be provided or at least a handicapped toilet as a choice.

I had called ahead to make sure they had my records and they said yes. Turns out they did not have my dexa scan and I saw in a very warm exam room for an hour while they tried to get it from the provider. They ultimately could not get it. Finally the doctor saw me. She was fine. The staff was apologetic and nice but having to wait that long was not ideal.

I was nervous since I hadn't met Dr Chavda in person yet, just via telephone and video, but I loved her. She is so kind and caring and didn't brush off my complaints about thumb pain and hair loss due to methotrexate. Her staff is so friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with how things went yesterday. I feel hopeful again that my hands are going to improve.

I would love to leave positive feedback, but they never called to do my appointment over the phone. So I never got to have my appointment. That's why I gave negative feedback, but I actually love this doctor's office and their staff. So there's that.

Her nurse was very kind and nice and I like Dr. Chavda very much, but she seemed to bit rushed this time. And the office staff were supposed to call in my prescription on. I saw her on Thursday and they were supposed to send in the prescription, and I didn't get it until late Friday night, and that was only because I called

I was scheduled for a telehealth appt at 4:45 but never got a call until 6:03pm. I wasn't notified they were running late. I figured they forgot about my appt. I understand things happen but I should have been kept informed that eventually the doctor would be calling.

Whoever schedule's appointments should make sure you see the Dr. On time, or with in 20 minutes. I was on time 10 minutes before my appointment. I was asked to go wait in my vehicle. They called me 45 minutes later, then had to wait another 15 minutes to see the Dr.

I cannot think of a thing that would have improved my visit. Everyone was wonderful front the front desk, to the Drs. visit and to the discharge and next appointment. I would highly recommend PMG Rheumatology.

There was a long wait before my appointment began. That made me feel rushed and not able to express myself clearly. It threw my son with special needs eating schedule off and I had to feed him during the appointment. My symptoms might not be as severe as others and I felt kind of brushed off. It seems like there is a disconnect in our rapport.

I was unable to get my IV due to a 2year cough. When the nurse came out she did a very nice job of explaining why I had to get a COVID test before I could be seen. I went and got one and I am rescheduled already. I will have the results before my IV due to be given. I believe my interaction was with a nurse or the doctor's MA.

I felt like it took very long to get in to see Dr. Chavda, They said they would return call to me by certain dates, and didn't, I have to keep on them to get the appointment. So that was the one thing that I didn't like about the service. But other than that it was fine.

First time with telelhealth (?) - a bit awkward at times, poor connection with just tablet, better w/ telephone. Always better face-to-face, just a crazy time now!

Appreciated the help from the nurse or attendants that was with us during the video conference. The one thing that was really hard for me was a video conference. It was kind of frustrating. I would rather seen the doctor in person if at all possible.

Stop and listen to patient. Know of x-rays and existing conditions for body. If patient has chronic RA in back and knees and body then exercises will not be beneficial to the patient but no time to explain that my Orthopedic doctor said I would need knee replacement in both knees because my RA has ruined my knees. I just don't feel my symptoms or my concerns are heard.

I would appreciate you visit one on one instead of the computer and the phone I didn't like that. I I felt it was kind of like not not really well for me. I like to meet my providers face to face or person to person. I mean, I really don't know I was a little I wasn't very pleased with the way things are going but I understand cuz of the virus. That's it.
