Hmmm....maybe at the end, the Dr. should communicate with the front desk about what the next steps were to be. The front desk lady had to catch me on the way out to see if I needed to schedule my next appt.
July 02, 2021
Waiting time.
June 28, 2021
Dr. Chavda is an excellent clinician, as well as an empathetic, responsive physician. I could not be more pleased with her or her staff.
June 28, 2021
Has nothing to do with visit with doctor....has to do with restroom down the hall...the toilet seat was so low I could not get up off it without first I thought I had entered a children's was at least 3 inches below norm...a handicapped bathroom should be provided or at least a handicapped toilet as a choice.
June 25, 2021
I was treated well yesterday!
June 21, 2021
My appointment was at 2:15 2:45. I got done to see her at 2:40. I mean at 3:40.
June 17, 2021
The visit went very well, nothing could have made it any better.
June 08, 2021
I had called ahead to make sure they had my records and they said yes. Turns out they did not have my dexa scan and I saw in a very warm exam room for an hour while they tried to get it from the provider. They ultimately could not get it. Finally the doctor saw me. She was fine. The staff was apologetic and nice but having to wait that long was not ideal.
June 08, 2021
I was nervous since I hadn't met Dr Chavda in person yet, just via telephone and video, but I loved her. She is so kind and caring and didn't brush off my complaints about thumb pain and hair loss due to methotrexate. Her staff is so friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with how things went yesterday. I feel hopeful again that my hands are going to improve.
June 04, 2021
I would love to leave positive feedback, but they never called to do my appointment over the phone. So I never got to have my appointment. That's why I gave negative feedback, but I actually love this doctor's office and their staff. So there's that.
May 26, 2021
Send me to a different Dr office.
May 25, 2021
I am totally satisfied with this office. Excellent doctor and attention to my issues.
May 21, 2021
I don't like being in a room for Forty minutes waiting for a Doctor to see me.
May 21, 2021
Nothing to improve. It was was fine
May 20, 2021
Her nurse was very kind and nice and I like Dr. Chavda very much, but she seemed to bit rushed this time. And the office staff were supposed to call in my prescription on. I saw her on Thursday and they were supposed to send in the prescription, and I didn't get it until late Friday night, and that was only because I called
May 19, 2021
Not much, I was very satisfied
May 03, 2021
Yeah it'd be nice to have been able to get in there sooner than a whole year later, it just was and then that I would have been able to get treated dinner for my problems, other than that that's good thank you,
April 30, 2021
I was scheduled for a telehealth appt at 4:45 but never got a call until 6:03pm. I wasn't notified they were running late. I figured they forgot about my appt. I understand things happen but I should have been kept informed that eventually the doctor would be calling.
April 16, 2021
Decrease wait time
April 14, 2021
Looked at the the x-rays that had been sent over 2 weeks prior.
March 26, 2021
All questions were answered. I was very happy with the service. It's just when they hand write a prescription you need to watch the date. I have expired prescription because they wrote it for 2020 instead of 2021. Thank you.
March 26, 2021
Absolutely nothing to change. Everyone was great.
March 26, 2021
Nothing!! Dr. Chavda and her entire staff are excellent. Highly professional, engaging and premier customer service!
March 26, 2021
Everything that Dr. Chavda does to me is perfect and I enjoyed visiting with her. She was very thorough. Thank you.
March 22, 2021
I just had a little trouble understanding Dr Chavda! But she's a wonderful Dr. & I'm very pleased with the healthcare I am getting.
March 12, 2021
Whoever schedule's appointments should make sure you see the Dr. On time, or with in 20 minutes. I was on time 10 minutes before my appointment. I was asked to go wait in my vehicle. They called me 45 minutes later, then had to wait another 15 minutes to see the Dr.
March 08, 2021
I cannot think of a thing that would have improved my visit. Everyone was wonderful front the front desk, to the Drs. visit and to the discharge and next appointment. I would highly recommend PMG Rheumatology.
March 03, 2021
There was a long wait before my appointment began. That made me feel rushed and not able to express myself clearly. It threw my son with special needs eating schedule off and I had to feed him during the appointment. My symptoms might not be as severe as others and I felt kind of brushed off. It seems like there is a disconnect in our rapport.
March 03, 2021
Yeah, they did good job, and I appreciate that. Thank you.
March 03, 2021
Still waiting for email explaining changes in medications that was supposed to have been sent by day's end
March 03, 2021
I don't think there is any need for improvement. Everything went very smoothly.
March 02, 2021
Nothing - three way zoom call went well.
February 11, 2021
I was unable to get my IV due to a 2year cough. When the nurse came out she did a very nice job of explaining why I had to get a COVID test before I could be seen. I went and got one and I am rescheduled already. I will have the results before my IV due to be given. I believe my interaction was with a nurse or the doctor's MA.
October 30, 2020
All was done well; no complaint..
October 28, 2020
I felt like it took very long to get in to see Dr. Chavda, They said they would return call to me by certain dates, and didn't, I have to keep on them to get the appointment. So that was the one thing that I didn't like about the service. But other than that it was fine.
October 28, 2020
First time with telelhealth (?) - a bit awkward at times, poor connection with just tablet, better w/ telephone. Always better face-to-face, just a crazy time now!
October 22, 2020
The video calls are difficult sometimes.
October 16, 2020
Appreciated the help from the nurse or attendants that was with us during the video conference. The one thing that was really hard for me was a video conference. It was kind of frustrating. I would rather seen the doctor in person if at all possible.
October 16, 2020
No improvement needed. All went well. Thanks
October 15, 2020
Stop and listen to patient. Know of x-rays and existing conditions for body. If patient has chronic RA in back and knees and body then exercises will not be beneficial to the patient but no time to explain that my Orthopedic doctor said I would need knee replacement in both knees because my RA has ruined my knees. I just don't feel my symptoms or my concerns are heard.
October 15, 2020
Had a long wait time. However the staff kept me informed on the wait. There were no surprises. I really liked the physician
October 14, 2020
The receptionist named Hannah was the absolute best. She was responsive she took care of business. She was really responsive and I would probably think that she was the best reception is they have in that office.
October 13, 2020
Worst hospital ever
October 09, 2020
Less wait time
October 06, 2020
I would appreciate you visit one on one instead of the computer and the phone I didn't like that. I I felt it was kind of like not not really well for me. I like to meet my providers face to face or person to person. I mean, I really don't know I was a little I wasn't very pleased with the way things are going but I understand cuz of the virus. That's it.
October 05, 2020
In person with masks
September 28, 2020
to have personel contact with provider instead of laptop
September 21, 2020
Nothing It was just fine Thank You All
September 14, 2020
I was it was okay, but I really didn't like using the TeleMed That's the only thing I found wrong. Thank you.
September 14, 2020
I was able to connect with the Dr. one hour after my scheduled appointment.
September 10, 2020
I don't like the virtual visits by computer. I have rheumatoid arthritis. The doctor cannot really tell what's going on with my hands swelling by looking at it through a computer.
September 08, 2020
I thought it was very compassionate and professional. Easy to talk too
September 03, 2020
Hannah has been very helpful in getting me set up as a new patient. I appreciate that she answers the phone when you call and you don't get send to an answering machine.
September 03, 2020
Considering coronavirus, I think you did well. But it did hinder the interview trying to do it electronically. I couldn't understand and there were many new terms, medical terms to me that I had a lot of questions about and there wasn't enough time to have that in depth of an interview. I'm prepared to follow her instructions, but I still have questions and I would hope that the next visit would allow me more opportunity to grow more familiar with medical terms and more interaction with the doctor. Not necessarily eliminating
September 01, 2020
She needs to be in the office. I think she's lazy.
August 28, 2020
Didn't care for the video It didn't there was a bad connection nothing came out. I couldn't understand if somebody wasn't there to help me listen to what she said I couldn't have heard anything. So that was that was the only problem. Thank you so much. The staff is great.
August 28, 2020
Hannah, the receptionist is probably THE most helpful ancillary staff member (definitely for any physician I've known and my husband is a retired Parkview physician) IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. My God this woman deserves both a raise AND some kind of an award. I've already sent one letter to Jan (Chief if Staff) and am thinking about sending another. Some PLEASE tell her what an incredible "ambassador" she is for Parkview.
August 28, 2020
Yes, just at times it was hard understand because a lot of doctors use the speaker phone and I have to type at the same time. I understand that, but because of the speaker phone it makes it hard to understand sometimes.
August 20, 2020
To get in a little earlier than I got in. Took some time to get an appointment and stuff, but get in a little earlier.
August 20, 2020
This was a video visit. The screen and sound kept freezing up and cutting out, and I only caught about half of what she said. Doc was very nice but it seems ridiculous that she won't go to work when her staff is required to and patients are required to go in. I like her. She seems knowledgeable. But video chat is very unappealing and impersonal. She can't examine anyone from her home. I'll give her a fair trial tho. She did the best she could considering she wasn't there.
August 12, 2020
Due to the covid-19, my appointment was virtual. Dr. Chavda did the best she could under the circumstances but in person appointments are much better.
August 12, 2020
My provider is hard to understand on the phone. I'm looking forward to in office visits.
August 11, 2020
I really like a personal visit with Dr. Chavda. Thank you.
August 05, 2020
I like in person visits . I know we are in a different time because of covid. I could have immediately addressed exrays and drained fluid from my wrist rather than another visit. Other than that, it was great.
August 03, 2020
Nothing alway have good experience
