Shaileen became a nurse practitioner in order to further serve her community. She is passionate about providing safe and effective care for her patients. This is a really good office and they do. listen to me carefully and help me out. They are still looking for a doctor to staff as the previous doctor had resigned. So that's really the only problem, is I'm having to wait for a doctor to get my shots, but they are being diligent and waiting for the right person. So I understand that.

I have a doctor that operate on people. You haven't had one since the first of the year, probably even the end of last year. Could have that done. So everybody could get all their procedures done.

We are satisfied with our in office visit. We do find it disheartening that 2 phone calls made to the office over 3 1/2 weeks ago were never returned. We had questions prior to the most recent procedure. Ultimately it did not matter, however it is unprofessional that the calls were not returned. We are hoping for news that other doctors will fill the vacancies soon.

The office needs improvement on medical assistance, returning call sooner. Making sure that they follow through with medications and getting a prior authorizations completed for patients. I wait too long day sometime for call backs. They always say that they have the message sent back. And I hear nothing...I hear nothing. And then my prescriptions after even there empty. I have to wait days on end team and get my pain meds. So I go for days with pain. It's just no follow through it all with the medical assistance. And or then getting to the doctors and getting back to us on time. That's it.

My visit was great. I had a bad day before I got there, and they were so caring and patient with me. I went back to rooms and nurse was very helpful and explained why they needed certain questions. Doctor spent time explaining what was done and my future needs. She answered every question and explained everything. She didn't act rushed and spent all the time I needed. Everyone was wonderful and I don't know how it could've been better.

Get rid of the unnecessary and ineffective mask requirement Parkview wide! It does no good and everyone despises wearing them. Use common sense instead of the following the politically biased CDC!

The only problem with the visit, was that the exam room that we were in was awfully cold. And unfortunately, we didn't take sweaters because it's 95 to 97 outside, but... but I was chilled.

To improve, I would like things explained more to me about the medication I am taking. I was so confused about my prescriptions. I thought we were changing the Gabapentin or 1 prescription. It was just so confusing and I'm still confused. I'm not sure... I'm still not sure. Thank you.

Everything was so perfect it took a while for him to see me but I can understand that they were very busy and that's the first time that ever happened. So it has to happen sooner or later I completely understand the wait I had approximately 1 hour for the whole wait and visit. But the new nurse practitioner was very professional and helpful. And also a very friendly person. I highly recommend her to anyone, I can actually say even all the pain I was in I enjoyed my doctor visit. Very good choice of the office to hire somebody like her her.

(Knowing the front gets super busy and overwhelming) Office staff seems to not return calls when stated they will sometimes (I have learned to call back after 2-3 days if I have not received one). A few times there has been a mix up of procedure vs. visit. Dr. Chapman is a God send. His procedures help me so much. Shaylene (hope I spelled that correct) is amazing and I do hope she will stick around. She is one of the best listeners I have come across. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate her. Her method has eased my stress about how I would deal with an emergency situation. And with PTSD, easing my stress is key! I love all of you and appreciate all of you, even if I seem stressed.
